Research On Government Promotion Strategy Of China's Higher Maritime Education Export

In order to cope with the inexorable trend of rapid economic development,increasing shipping volume and internationalization of navigation education in China,the export of higher navigation education is imperative.Its characteristics of internationality,high capital investment and job targeting require the government to play its due role in promoting the export of higher navigation education in China.However,in recent years,the government still has many weak links in the process of promoting the export of higher navigation education in China,such as the ambiguous role of the government,the difficulty of implementing the autonomy of higher navigation universities,the weak intermediary agencies supporting the government,and the lack of government supervision links,etc.Therefore,the strategic countermeasures of the government in promoting the export of higher navigation education still need to be further improved.This paper takes the government's promotion strategy of higher maritime education export as the research object,combs the existing measures and results of the government in higher maritime education export through various analysis methods,and analyses the internal and external environment of Higher Maritime Education export.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of our government's promotion of the export of higher navigation education,and on this basis,it analyses the weak links in the process of the government's promotion of the export of higher navigation education and the reasons for their existence;secondly,it analyses the environment and strategic objectives of the government's promotion of the export of higher navigation education;finally,from the perspective of strategic management,it puts forward that our government should promote the export of higher navigation education.With the continuous improvement of the government's promotion process of the export of higher navigation education in China,it is necessary to formulate the government's development plan for the export of higher navigation education,clarify the strategic focus and choose the best export path;to construct the export cooperation system,adjust and improve policies and regulations,increase input;to improve the control of the export process,to play the leading role of the government in the cooperation system and to transport.Evaluate the effectiveness and perform the government's supervisory duties well.We should change and innovate the export mode of higher navigation education,give universities autonomous management power,actively promote Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and education of foreign students,and promote the construction and application of MOOC platform of higher navigation education.The government's strategic countermeasures to promote the export of higher maritime education will be constantly improved under the existing results.
