In aerospace,military machinery,production equipment,robots and other fields,there is a wide range of high-speed rotation of flexible beams.With the large-scale rigid body motion of flexible beam,the vibration of the elastic body of the beam is easily driven substantially,and it needs a long time to be stable,which leads to the decline of the positioning accuracy and control efficiency of the whole flexible beam motion system,and even leads to the instability or damage of the beam structure in serious cases.So it is very important to improve the motion accuracy of the beam by using different control curve to drive the rotating motion of the beam.Based on the research results of engineering vibration control technology,take the flexible beam as research object,derive the dynamic equation of the system,and design the angular velocity curve of the flexible beam on the basis of this theory.After that,analyze some index parameters of the diagonal velocity curve.On the premise of meeting the working requirements of IC film machine,combined with the dynamic equation and the characteristics of various velocity function curves,propose several improved combined velocity function curves and solve the expressions of various curves.Finally,based on the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,simulate the motion process of the motion.Design four kinds of beams with different cross-section shapes to reduce the maximum dynamic stress of the beam.According to the simulation results,the dynamic stress of the beam designed with equal strength structure has greatly reduced in the working process than the other three beam models,and also show that the residual vibration time and amplitude of the beam decrease with the decrease of the peak value of the angular acceleration curve.Compared with trapezoid velocity curve,the residual vibration time of the beam driven by three cosine velocity curve decreases by about 60%.It is proved that by ensuring the continuity and reducing the peak value of acceleration curve could restrain the residual vibration of the beam partly.Propose that by optimizing the index parameters of the velocity curve could restrain the residual vibration of the beam.
