Compressors are closely related to people's lives.Many electrical appliances in life have compressors.It brings great convenience to people's lives.It can be said that the development of compressors can promote the progress of a comprehensive well-off,so how to achieve higher Performance compressors have become the mainstream direction of compressor development.However,the current research on compressors has problems such as too limited test data,resulting in incomplete analysis of refrigeration performance,and poor temperature stabilization performance due to outdated compressor control algorithms.Therefore,designing a compressor refrigeration performance test platform and optimizing control algorithms are of great significance to improve compressor performance and ensure efficient compressor operation.The main research contents are as follows:In order to design a compressor refrigeration performance test platform,through inquiring data and consulting experts,summarizing the design requirements of the performance test,the overall design plan of the refrigeration system and the electrical system of the refrigeration performance test system was proposed,and the key parts of the test system were selected.Type and introduction.In order to reduce the error of the refrigeration performance test system,a calibration experiment was carried out on different sensors to establish the corresponding relationship between the actual quantity and the analog quantity,which greatly reduced the error caused by the conversion of sensor data,and at the same time,the average filter algorithm was selected as the host computer The filtering algorithm reduces the error caused by data collection.In order to reduce the difficulty of manual operation,a fully automated test system is designed using Labview as the host computer software,so that the operator can directly control the system on the operation panel,reducing the workload of the operator and the difficulty of controlling the system.In order to study the temperature stabilization performance of the compressor,the temperature stabilization performance is inseparably related to the compressor control algorithm by consulting the literature.Therefore,in order to find the optimal control algorithm,the mathematical model of the refrigeration system is first established,and then for this mathematical model,the traditional PID control algorithm and the fuzzy PID control algorithm optimized by the genetic algorithm are used for control.The influence of different control algorithms on the compressor's temperature stabilization performance,select the optimal controlalgorithm.In order to study the refrigeration performance of the compressor,through the refrigeration performance test platform,the key parameters in the refrigeration system are changed,and a graph of the change in refrigeration capacity with the change of the parameter is obtained,and the graph is used to analyze why this parameter affects the refrigeration system,Summarize the laws affecting refrigeration performance.
