In the process of ship system design,a series of resistance characteristic parameters of the system can be effectively evaluated by the simulation calculation of the in-ship cargo oil transshipment system.The parameters such as flow rate and node pressure obtained by the evaluation can be used to optimize the design of the in-ship transshipment system for the designers,and the transshipment time obtained can be used for the on-site dispatch of large-scale operations of oil tankers.Because of the multi-pump joint operation characteristics of the transshipment system,the traditional finite element method of pipeline network can not be directly applied,so the principle of the algorithm needs to be analyzed and optimized.In this paper,the finite element method of pipeline network is theoretically analyzed and applied to optimize by means of physical modeling and program validation.Firstly,according to the relevant theory of engineering fluid mechanics,the calculation models of pipelines,pumps,oil tanks and various accessories in pipeline system are established.For the traditional finite element method of pipeline network,the physical model is established with nodes as the core,and the general expression of node flow balance equation is summarized.Then,considering the existence of pumps,the physical model is improved,and the pipeline network with pumps is summarized.The general expression of flow balance equation of inner node is given,and the general steps and program block diagram of the optimized algorithm are given,which are illustrated by an example.At the same time,the algorithm is programmed and encapsulated with the interface,and the calculation results conform to the logic of the algorithm are obtained by software.Finally,the correctness of the calculation results of the program is verified by manual calculation,and the error analysis is carried out.The research results of this paper supplement the existing simulation algorithms of pipeline system with pumps,and have certain reference significance for the compilation of simulation analysis software of pipeline system with pumps at the algorithm level.
