With the development of human science and technology,precise electronic power measurement technology is also developing.More and more scientific research environment and production environment put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and efficiency of power supply equipment.At present,these high-precision instruments are mainly imported from abroad,and there is still a low gap between domestic research and production level and foreign similar products.Therefore,this paper designs a high-precision programcontrolled DC stabilized voltage power supply,in order to enhance the competitiveness of localization,and make a new breakthrough.Through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign DC voltage source products,aiming at the shortcomings of domestic products,this paper puts forward the realizable solutions.Based on the practical application background,in order to realize the functional requirements of the power system,the overall implementation structure and route are firstly determined.The modular structure of main control module + power module + measurement module is adopted in hardware,and the upper one is adopted in software The separable structure of bit computer + lower bit computer.Finally,each module is connected into a whole system through the interface and the corresponding interface protocol,so as to realize a high-precision and stable programmable DC stabilized power supply system.The main contents are as follows:(1)The main control module adopts the control mode of arm + FPGA + MCU: arm is mainly used for data acquisition and processing,software calibration and filtering;FPGA controls DAC program-controlled output,controls ADC acquisition,and realizes reliable digital logic conversion and clock output;MCU as the control extension interface,assists STM32 and FPGA to complete their respective control functions to ensure the stability of the whole system.(2)The power module adopts the two-stage voltage stabilizing structure of switch voltage stabilizing + linear voltage stabilizing.As the former stage structure,the switch voltage stabilizing mainly realizes the AC-DC conversion and the preliminary voltage stabilizing of DC power supply.As the latter stage structure,the linear voltage stabilizing module further filters the ripple,power rate amplification and feedback voltage stabilizing of the former stage output voltage,so as to realize the programmable output of high-precision regulated DC signal.(3)The measurement module adopts the adjustment circuit design of the differential analog channel and the A / D converter circuit design,and uses the integrated multi-channel sigma delta type chip to achieve the accuracy requirements of three thousandths of the multichannel analog differential channel,which meets the high accuracy requirements of the output mining display and the external signal measurement.(4)The software design of the lower computer of the software system mainly includes the design of each driving module and the communication between each device,as well as the software control,data filtering and error calibration processing of the power module and the measurement module.The upper computer software realizes the output program control of the power module and the data upload and display of the measurement system.(5)In order to verify the design results,the final analysis is based on the simulation debugging and test verification results of the functional modules,and it is observed that the simulation results and test indicators meet the performance requirements.So the whole design meets the requirements of the project.
