As a large economic country in China,with the development of our economy and the improvement of people's quality of life,the output and use of energy have been rising,resulting in the annual consumption of non-renewable energy coal in China exceeding 1.3 billion tons,and the shortage of fossil energy.The emission of polluting gases after combustion causes increasingly serious environmental damage.To solve this problem,researchers in this area continue to explore the clean utilization of renewable energy.Among them,the solar energy in clean renewable energy has attracted wide attention because of its advantages of large energy storage,easy access,and no pollution.And development and utilization,it can be used as one of the most promising renewable energy sources,and has great potential.Since most power plants currently use conventional coal-fired power units to generate electricity,not only the coal resource consumption is large,but also polluting gases(such as CO2)are emitted to the outside world to cause environmental pollution.In order to solve this situation,this paper takes a 600 MW subcritical boiler unit in Baotou,Inner Mongolia as a reference design and modification benchmark system,and transforms it into an oxygen-enriched combustion generator set,so as to achieve the effect of reducing CO2 and other pollutant emissions;then The tower,trough solar energy and oxygen-rich combustion unit are coupled to integrate power generation,so as to achieve the effect of reducing coal consumption.Therefore,the advantages of the two can be complemented.On the one hand,it can be used to improve the stability of solar photovoltaic power generation technology and the efficiency of thermoelectric conversion.On the other hand,it can also reduce the impact of radiant light intensity on solar thermal power generation and investment economy.Cost,saving coal consumption.Use Ebsilon professional software to build oxy-fuel combustion unit model,tower and trough solar heat collection system model.Using the trough-type solar collector system to replace part of the heating surface of the oxy-fuel combustion unit,four integration schemes are proposed,and the thermal characteristics and economy of the integrated system are studied and analyzed.The results show that the solar power of the four schemes of the integrated system increases continuously with the increase of steam extraction,which can increase the utilization rate of solar energy to varying degrees.The power generation power of case 1 scheme is the highest,which can reach 56.92 MW;The four schemes of the integrated system can reduce the coal consumption of the unit.The case1 scheme has obvious coal saving effect,and the maximum coal saving rate can reach 33.37 g/(kW·h);the boiler thermal efficiency and the whole plant thermal efficiency of the four schemes of the integrated system are different in the steam extraction Both of them have increased in different degrees.Among them,the case1 scheme is superior to the other three schemes;the leveled cost of power generation on the solar side of the integrated system is LEC,and the case2 scheme has the highest cost,up to 0.74 ?/(kW·h),the case1 scheme cost The lowest is up to 0.57 ?/(kW·h),which is lower than the on-grid electricity price of 1.15 ?/(kW·h)using solar CSP power station alone.The cost is not only related to the amount of steam extracted,but also related to the heat transferred by the solar energy in the tower and tank.In summary,the best coupling scheme for integrated systems is case1.The combination of tower and tank combined solar photothermal and oxygenenriched combustion unit power generation system technology is beneficial to open up a new route for my country's ordinary coal-fired unit technology energy saving and full utilization of solar light and heat resources,with good development prospects.
