Design Of Integrated Command And Dispatch Integrated Business System Platform

With the continuous development of marine technology and military command and dispatch systems,the decentralized operation of many systems is not conducive to centralized command and management.In order to meet the needs of the integrated command and dispatch system of a research institute in Wuhan,this paper developed an integrated command and dispatch integrated service system platform,while retaining the basic functions and structure of the original system,and achieving integrated command and dispatch in the field of maritime supervision and Integration,expansion and management of other comprehensive businesses.The paper first studies the video processing basic unit and completes the integration of the requirements of the underlying business resources.While meeting the input and output business processing requirements of each device itself,it builds a system network.By redefining the video data processing functions,interfaces,and logical relationships of the video processing basic unit,the separation of the underlying video data stream from the business control logic is completed.Decompose complex video applications into discrete,independent video basic units,providing a hardware-based basic platform for command and dispatch integrated business systems and other equipment applications.Secondly,through the network and communication technology,organically combine the video processing basic units in the system to establish an efficient command and dispatch platform.Furthermore,the integrated command and dispatch management architecture design of system networking architecture,system software architecture,system logic architecture and system data flow architecture is realized.For these unified video processing basic units,remote online configuration and management are realized through the command and dispatch platform,providing users with a visual operation method to manage all online video processing basic units.It realizes the logical connection relationship between input and output and the definition of codec output parameters between the video processing basic units in the system,so as to complete the flexible configurability and multifunctional integration capabilities of the system,and provide convenience for integrated command and dispatch management.Finally,based on the model-view-controller design criteria and modular design principles,the system functional modules such as command and dispatch,collaborative office,record playback and statistical analysis are integrated and integrated.Research on these functional modules is based on the link communication between the video processing basic unit and the command and dispatch platform,with multi-level management and integration as the core.It integrates comprehensive business requirements such as video conferencing,voice scheduling,data linkage,comprehensive display and control,video monitoring and other functions of the command and dispatch system,and realizes functions such as remote command and control,audio and video conversations,multi-source images,video planning and online diagnosis.The target system has been put online through joint debugging in the current maritime application field.The system operates stably and meets the needs of maritime integrated command and dispatch and integrated business function integration.
