With the development of China's manufacturing industry,automation equipment has been widely used in the manufacturing industry.As an important secondary energy source,compressed air has been increasingly applied.This article takes the air compressor control system of the LCD panel factory as the research object,focus on the air compressor process and several control strategies,And combined with the existing equipment in the factory to design an optimized control plan.Designed to improve the stability of the air compressor system,reduce energy waste.Through detailed analysis of the principle of the air compressor and the compressed air supply process and use scenarios of the LCD factory.This article point out that the air compressor system in the factory has problems of large supply pressure fluctuations and energy waste.To solve the above problem,this article changes the existing single pressure supply to partial pressure supply,using PID fuzzy control theory,and proposing an optimal control plan for air compressor pressure and flow.Control plan includes three parts: Air compressor partial pressure control system,flow control system,pressure charging system.The system realizes the centralized control of the unit,optimize load distribution,automatic compensation function pressure.The hardware design of the control system is based on the SIMATIC S7-300 PLC.The control system selects appropriate sensors and actuators.The control network consists of industrial Ethernet,Modbus,and CAN networks.Software design is based on SIMATIC STEP7 and Win CC.This system has developed a set of functional,concise and clear man-machine interface.Through testing and simulation operation,it is verified that the software and hardware functions of the control system meet the design requirements.The actual running results show: The air compressor pressure and flow optimization control system can achieve optimal control according to the pressure change of the pipe network and the end flow demand.Effectively improve the stability and reliability of the air compressor system.The control system has achieved the expected energy saving effect.
