Determination Of Resistance Level Of Lissorhoptrus Oryzophilus And Effects Of Spraying Adjuvants On The Reduction And Synergism Of Pesticides In Major Rice Areas Of Xinjiang

Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel is a destructive pest and an important quarantine pest in rice production.The resistance of L.oryzophilus to 6 common insecticides,the antifeedant effects of these 6 insecticides on this pest and effects of spraying adjuvants on the reduction and synergism of pesticides were studied in the main rice areas of Xinjiang.The main findings are as follows:1.Using Indoor drip method,the population of L.oryzophilus in Aksu Wensu County in southern Xinjiang as sensitive baseline,the resistance level of L.oryzophilus to 6 insecticides in two major rice areas of Xinjiang,Qapqal and Wjq,was determined.The results showed that the sensitivity of L.oryzophilus to 6pesticides decreased in these two rice areas.Among them,95.87% thiamethoxam,97%chlorpyrifos,97%imidacloprid,95.1% Beta cypermethrin and 98% deltamethyrin were still sensitive(resistance multiple < 5),but the resistance multiples to 96%Chlorantraniliprole were all higher than 5.92,that have developed low levels of resistance.2.The antifeedant effects of the above 6 insecticides on the field populations of L.oryzophilus in Qapqal,WS and WJQ were determined by leaf immersion method in laboratory.The results showed that 97% imidacloprid significantly inhibited the feeding of L.oryzophilus in the three rice areas,and the antifeedant rate was above95%,followed by 98% deltamethyrin and 95.1% Beta cypermethrin,respectively.The antifeedant activity of 96% Chlorantraniliprole was the lowest,and the antifeedant rate of 96% Chlorantraniliprole was only 34.71% in Qapqal rice area.3.The results of field trials showed that when the dosage of 14%chloramphenicol · Perchlorofluorin microcapsule suspension(Fauci)was 10.0 ml /666.7 m2 and the dosage of 6% Avy · chlorobenzoyl suspension(Liangtai)was 30.0ml / 666.7 m2,the field control effects were 48.46%~86.07% and 39.69%~89.36%,respectively.When three auxiliaries(Jixiaoli,Jijian,Huifeng)were added to the two drugs,respectively,the addition of Jixiaoli synergist was the best,the control effects was increased by 28.33% and 14.09%,and the dosage was decreased by 3 ml / 666.7m2 and 9 ml / 666.7 m2 respectively.In conclusion,the results of L.oryzophilus Resistance to 6 insecticides showed that 96% of Chlorantraniliprole had low level resistance,and it was suggested to use 96% Chlorantraniliprole reasonably in order to delay the development of high resistance of L.oryzophilus in this area.In the actual production,we may consider to add the suitable auxiliary agent to reduce the amount of pesticide,thus achieves the goal of reducing the quantity and increasing the efficiency.
