The Clinical Research Of TCM Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney And Spleen On Serum IL-6,NF-kBp65 Of The PCOS-IR With Threatened Abortion

Objects:(1)Explore the serum IL-6,NF-kBp65 with PCOS and insulin resistance in patients with early pregnancy threatened abortion correlation.(2)The use of traditional medicine treatment of kidney and spleen explore PCOS trimest-er threatened abortion,improve the mechanism of insulin resistance,threatened abortion in early pregnancy is associated with PCOS develop ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of insulin resistance.Method:This research object comes in the First Affiliated Hospital of patient treatment in outpatient and inpatient gynecology at Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to February 2015.Approval of the Ethics Committee,and written informed consent of patients.The patients were divided into three groups collected:PCOS-IR trimester threatened abortion group(20 cases of group A):age 20-40 years old,4-8 weeks gestational age,fetal irritability in line with TCM diagnostic criteria and comply spleen and kidney deficiency type.PCOS non-IR trimester threatened abortion group(20 cases of group B):20-40 years old,4-8weeks gestational age,in line with with traditional Chinese medicine and meet the diagnostic criteria for fetal irritability spleen and kidney deficiency type.No normal early pregnancy threatened abortion group(20 cases of group C):age 20-40years old,within 8 weeks of pregnancy,abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,ultrasound visible yolk sac,embryo and the primitive heart tube pulse.Blood taken before and after normal pregnancy group and PCOS patients,detected by ELISA serum IL-6,NF-kB value.Each group were compared with age,BMI,P,hCG,Homa-IR,FPG,FINS and other indicators and correlation analysis.There were professional help in using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Verification serum NF-kBp65,IL-6 in patients with PCOS trimester threatened abortion relevant.Kidney and spleen method validation medicine PCOS trimester threatened abortion patients.Results:Before treatment,the results of comparative analysis of blood,serum verify NF-kBp65,IL-6 statistical difference in the three groups of patients,proved serum NF-kBp65,IL-6 early pregnancy with PCOS and insulin resistance in patients with threatened miscarriage relevant.After treatment,blood analysis and comparison of results,validation of serum NF-kBp65,IL-6 statistical difference in the three groups of patients kidney and spleen traditional Chinese Medicine proof method to improve the mechanism of insulin resistance and PCOS treatment effective trimester threatened abortion.
