The Study Of YinQiao Powder And BaiHu Decotion’s Family In WenBingTiaoBian

Objective To rearrange the scripture of WenBingTiaoBian by classifying different families of prescription written in the book,in order to understand the whole picture of treatment of ferbile disease and the theory that lies behind.Methods Concentrating on the study of scripture from No.l of Upper Energier Section to No.37 of Middle Energizer Section,uses YinQiao Powder and BaiHu decoction Family as the first attempt of research,try to find out and rearrange their related scriptures,as well as refer to the related explanations of past scholars,to give a new explanation and finally to conclude the principle and theory of using that family in WenBingTiaoBian.Result(1)As the main formula to cure the Wei-fen upper energizer ferbile disease,the lightness and low density characteristics is shown in the principle,formula construction,dosage form and the way of decotion and administration of YinQiao Powder.SanRen decoction and YinQiao Power are the two main decotion in treating Upper Energizer ferbile disease.(2)Qi-fen of febrile disease is the phase of the fierce battle between heat evil and the healthy qi.BaiHu decoction Family,described as the heavy prescription of pungent-cool,is used in this period to eliminate the severe heat evil.Conclusion WenBingTiaoBian represents the highest academic conclusion of study of ferbile disease from NeiJing to Qi Dynasty.It systematically and comprehensively summarised the cause,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment methods and suitable decotions of different types of ferbile disease.From then on,the study of febrile disease became independent of that of cold diseases.Through this research,it is believed that the whole picture of WenBingTiaoBian can be revealed by using the research method of classifiacation of decotion families throughout the whole book of WenBingTiaoBian.
