Characteristic Analysis Of Lumbar Pelvis In Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective Analysis the features of lumbar-pelvic structure in degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.To analyze its significance in degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Method From April 2015 to April 2017,45 patients with a simple degenerative L4/5 segment were enrolled as the DLS group.50 patients without DLS and low back pain were selected as a control group.All patients of the two groups received X ray,CT Scan and MRI Scan.The degree of spondylolisthesis(Boxall index)was measured on X-ray.The degree of degeneration of L3-S1 Intervertebral disc and L4/5 facet joint,The facet joint angle of L4/5 facet joint,sacral slope,L1–S1 lumbar lordosis,pelvic tilt and pelvic incidence was measured.Results All spondylolisthesis in DLS group were grade I.The degree of degeneration of L3-S1 Intervertebral disc and L4/5 facet joint,pelvic tilt,lumbar lordosis,pelvic incidence,sacral slope and facet joint angle difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in two group.The pelvic tilt and pelvic incidence was significantly bigger than that of the control group(P<0.05).The facet joint angle and sacral slope was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of degeneration of L3-S1 Intervertebral disc and L4/5 facet joint in DLS group was more serious(P<0.05).The correlation between PI and PT,PI and SS in the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).At the same time,the degeneration of L4 / 5 and the intervertebral disc degeneration in both groups were significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The vertebral-pelvic structure of Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis has undergone significant changes.Lumbar lordosis and pelvic dumping phenomenon in the mechanism of the degeneration of the lumbar degeneration plays an important role.The degeneration of intervertebral disc and facet joint mutually reinforcing.Lumbar spondylolysis aggravates degeneration of intervertebral disc and facet joint.
