Objective:Discussion and Comparison on the therapeutic effect of endovascular embolization and intracranial aneurysm clipping for the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysmsMethods: 139 cases of ruptured intracranial aneurysms in the Department of orthopedics,Yanan Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University met the inclusion criteria were collected in 2012.06-2016.12,using two operative methods of endovascular embolization and intracranial aneurysm clipping.Observe Preoperative Hunt-Hess classification, operative time, intraoperative bloodloss,Intraoperative rupture risk of aneurysm, mean postoperative hospital stay, complication rates.Through observe and analyse the above indicators, evaluatiing the two operative methods treating ruptured intracranial aneurysms synthetically. Results:There were no significant difference in the surgical and endovascular treatment for ruptured intracranial aneurysms. However,in the intraoperative bloodloss, mean postoperative hospital stay and complication rates,Significantly better results were achieved in grade with interventional treatment than in grade treated with surgery. Conclusion:Both microsurgery and vascular interventional surgical methods for treating intracranial ruptured aneurysms have significant effect. However, endovascular intervention is preferable because of smaller intraoperative bloodloss, less mean postoperative hospital stay and fewer complications. |
