The Clinical Study Of The Influence Of Different Manipulations On Lumbar Vertebral And Pelvic Parameters In Patients With Lumbar Scoliosis

Objective:This topic is to investigate by release the waist hip muscles together with pelvic traction and lumbar spine inclined plate method with traction two methods of treatment in patients with lumbar lateral convex lumbar vertebrae and pelvic parameters,the influence of low back pain,the technique for clinical application with traction in the treatment of degenerative scoliosis,sagittal imbalance provide meaningful basis,lower back pain.Methods:In this study,70 patients with degenerative scoliosis were divided into treatment group and control group by single blind randomized method.Treatment group of each patient after pelvic traction treatment to give the treatment of lumbar buttock muscle attachment point treatment;Each patient in the control group was treated with a lumbar mitral method after pelvic traction.Record and compare the two groups of VAS score,ODI(for most patients with elderly patients so all of the patients not asked about sex lives)score,modified MacNab curative effect,lumbar lateral convex Cobb Angle,e,c,LL,SS,PT,PI.Results:Of the 70 patients,8 patients withdrew from the trial,and 62 patients completed the study,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.In the two groups,compared with age,gender and course of disease,P was greater than 0.05,with no statistical difference and comparability.The comparison of baseline VAS,ODI,Cobb,c,e,LL,PI,PT and SS of the two groups before treatment was compared,and P was greater than 0.05.No statistical difference was found.After treatment of two groups with different treatment measures,the PI,PT and SS were basically unchanged,and P was greater than 0.05.The values of VAS,ODI and Cobb are smaller than before,and P is less than 0.05.The value of c,e and LL is larger,and P is less than 0.05.After treatment,the treatment group was compared with the control group: VAS,ODI and Cobb were smaller than the control group,and P < 0.05.E and LL are bigger and more obvious,P is less than 0.05;Compared with the two groups after treatment,P=0.33>0.05,no statistical significance.According to the improved MacNab efficacy evaluation standard,the excellent rate of the treatment group was 83.9%,and the optimal rate of the control group was 64.6%.The optimal rate of the two groups was compared with P=0.251>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Conclosion:Release the waist hip muscles together with pelvic traction and lumbar spine inclined plate method with two treatments had no effect on the stability of pelvic traction,but can to a certain extent reduce pain in patients with degenerative lumbar lateral curvature,improve activity of the lumbar spine in patients with lumbar lateral convex function,delay after lumbar lateral convex in patients with scoliosis and convex deformities,improve patient quality of life,and two groups of curative effect quite recently.
