The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis With Ascites Of Professor Lan Qingqiang By Using The Theory Of Liver And Kidney Hemologous

Objective:In order to provide new ideas and solutions for clinical treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites,through a study to observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of the disease of professor Lan Qingqiang by using the theory of liver and kidney hemologous,and study clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Lan Qingqiang.Methods:1.Beginning with the study of ancient literature and combining modern research,explore the connotation and clinical application of theory of liver and kidney hemologous.2.According to 70 cases has been diagnosed with ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into two group:the treament group and the control group,each including 35 cases.The cases in the control group were only terated by routine western medicine,the treamnt group were teated with routine western medicine adding Shenqi Wan.The treament course of two groups for 1months.Recorded the main symtoms,abdominal circumference,24 hours urine,the liver function,blood ammonia,abdominal B ultrasound ect.To compare and evaluate the Comprehensive therapeutic effects of the two groups of patiens,and summarize the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor Lan Qingqiang.Results:(1)The total efficiency of the treament group were 91%,the control group were 76%.By chi square test,P<0.05,shows the difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect,and the treatment group better than the control group.(2)The mean scores of symptoms and signs in both groups were significantly lower,and the mean scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.By chi square test,P<0.05,indicating that both groups could alleviate the symptoms and signs of the patients,and the treatment group better than the control group.(3)The abdominal circumference and average 24 hour urine output in both groups improved compared with those before treatment.By chi square test,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The treatment group better than the control group.(4)The levels of ALT,AST,TBIL,DBILand PT in both groups were lower than before treatment.The ALB and PTA in both groups were higher than before treatment.By chi square test,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The liver function,coagulation function and albumin in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.(5)The depth of ascites in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the mean ascites score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.By chi square test,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).,which indicated that the treatment group better than the control group in promoting ascites regression.(6)After treatment two groups of patients the geneeral medical examination for the body,liver and kidney funciton,ECG and other testes all not obviously change,in the course of treament and after treament,also no untoward effect appears,indianting that the Shenqi Wan is safe and has no obvious poisonous side effect for treating hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites.Conclusions: Professor Lan Qingqiang is based on the theory of liver and kidney homology to dialectically treat ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis.,and uses the Shenqi Wan to treat patients under the guidance of the theory,which can significantly promote the regression of ascites,relieve clinical symptoms and signs,improve liver function and coagulation function,and has no obvious poisonous side effect.It is safety and effective.,provide a useful reference for clinical treatment of ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis.
