Effect Of "Yi-shu-tiao-shu" Back-shu Moxibustion Therapy On 5-HT And GAL In Patients Who Are Spleenstomach Weak And Qi Reversal Syndrome GERD With Anxiety And Depression

Objective: To try to find the objective basis of the therapy,to further prove the scientific nature of the tutor “yi-shu-tiao-shu” theory,and actively explore new methods of Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Methods: By random number method,the 60 cases patients in spleen-stomach weak and qi inverse syndrome of GERD with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and western medicine group,and 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with back moxibustion therapy.The western medicine group was treated with oral mosapride disodium citrate and lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets daily for 14 consecutive days.Thirty patients with typical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease who did not have gastroesophageal reflux disease,and those who excluded RE,BE,and mental disorders such as anxiety and depression were included in the normal group.The curative effect and adverse reactions of the treatment group and western medicine group were observed.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the serum 5-HT and GAL concentrations in treatment group,western medicine group and blank group.Results:(1)The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Among them,reflux symptom score after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).(2)The SAS and SDS scores of the treatment group and western medicine group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,serum 5-HT decreased and GAL increased in the treatment group and western medicine group compared with the normal group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum 5-HT and GAL between the treatment group and the western medicine group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum 5-HT was higher than before treatment,and GAL was decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the western medicine group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion :(1)“Yi-shu-tiao-shu” back-shu moxibustion therapy,the treatment of patients who are spleen-stomach weak and qi Reversal syndrome GERD with anxiety and depression is better than simple western medicine treatment,especially in the relief of concomitant symptoms,better than Western medicine alone.(2)5-HT and GAL are related to the development of symptoms of anxiety and depression in GERD with moderate-to-virtual reversal.The 5-HT levels in the serum of the patients are decreased and the GAL is elevated.(3)“Yi-shu-tiao-shu”back-shu moxibustion therapy can affect the expression of 5-HT and GAL in the serum of patients with anxiety and depression in GERD with depression.It can increase 5-HT and reduction GAL.
