| Objective:The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension(deficiency of qi and yin)were treated with "excessive rising of liver-YANG",and the clinical curative effect was observed.To evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and clinical value of Qianjin Wenwu decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in Taiyin people,so that it can be used more scientifically and effectively in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hypertension in the future.Methods:From May 2016 to November 2017,62 Taiyin patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension were admitted to Yanji Chinese Medicine Hospital and Yanbian Chao Medical Hospital.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 31 people in each group.The two groups received basic treatment,including diet control,proper exercise,psychological counselling,and hypoglycemic therapy(0.5 g per oral metformin,twice a day).The control group was treated with oral captopril 12.5 mg/time 3 times a day on the basis of basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with Qianjin Wenwu decoction(Jiegeng 10g,Gegen 15g,Sanyao 15g,Huangqin 15g,Wuweizi 10g,Mengdong 15g,Baizhi 10g,Tianma 20g.Juhua 20g,Longgu 20g,Muli 20g.)decocted in 400ml water,one dose each day.It takes 20days for one course.This method was used to observe the changes of symptoms before and after treatment for three consecutive courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the blood glucose of 2 hours postprandial was 2h PGN,fasting blood glucose was FPGN,HbAlc was glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc).Changes of SBP,DBP and symptom integral in resting state.The data obtained in the course of observation were expressed as mean ±standard deviation(x±S),and the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results:The total effective rate and the improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).2 hPGs and HbAlcdecreased,but the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of controlling blood pressure,the curative effect of the treatment group was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qianjin Wenwu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Taiyin type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension curative effect is obvious.It can effectively control blood pressure and blood sugar.This treatment is superior to western medicine in improving symptoms,controlling blood sugar and blood pressure. |
