Stroke is a kind of acute cerebrovascular disease. It is a group of diseases that cause brain tissue damage due to sudden rupture of blood vessels or blood vessel obstruction, which includes ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. The incidence of aphasia after stroke is about 30%.Aphasia refers to the impairment or loss of language function caused by brain lesions or injuries. It is an acquired language barrier.Different types of aphasia show different language barriers.Neuropsychological research on aphasia has also become a hotspot in neuropsychologists and neurolinguists.Meanwhile, language communication disorders seriously affect the physical and mental health of the aphasic patients. The rehabilitation therapy of aphasia has always been the focus of clinicians and rehabilitation researchers. Objective To investigate rehabilitation effect of hand training on language function of patients with aphasia Methods 40 patients with aphasia were randomly divided into control group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20),both groups received routine drug treatment and rehabilitation, and the experimental group was given additional hand training for 6 weeks,Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)was used to evaluate the patients’ language function before and after 6 weeks of training respectively. Results The ABC scores of the two groups were significantly improved after 6 weeks(P<0.01);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before hand training(P>0.05),After 6 weeks of hand training, the ABC score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the ABC scores between the two groups of sensory aphasia(P>0.05).The ABC scores of patients with motor and mixed aphasia in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hand training can effectively improve the language function of patients with aphasia. In particular, the function of language movement has a definite effect and feasibility, which provides a new means and direction for the clinical rehabilitation of aphasic patients.
