ObjectiveTo explore the effect of propofol TCI combined with sevoflurane on the time of different sex intubation and the hemodynamics before and after the intubation.It provides a reference for clinical selection of suitable anesthetic induction drugs and optimal endotracheal intubation time.MethodsEighty patients of general anesthesia were divided into male groups(group PM and group SM)and female groups(group PF and group SF),with 20 cases in each group.All patients accord with American Society of anesthesiologists(ASA)grade???.In group PM and group PF,all used single 4 ?g/ml propofol TCI effect chamber concentration for anesthesia induction.Group SM and group SF were induced by 2?g/ml propofol TCI effect chamber concentration combined with inhaled sevoflurane for anesthesia induction.The four groups were performed tracheal intubation with BIS 50±5 as the standard.MAP and HR were observed before anesthesia induction(T1),before intubation(T2),the time intubation(T3),and 1 min(T4),3 min(T5),5 min(T6)after intubation.BIS value of each stage and endotracheal intubation time T(from the beginning to the induction intubation time)were recorded.Results1.Female patients have lower body weight and height than men(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in BMI between men and women(P>0.05).Age and BIS value of each group was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Under the same anesthesia induction drugs,the time of endotracheal intubation was prolonged in comparison between group PM and group PF,group SM and group SF,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Comparison of T2 and T1 in each group,the blood pressure and heart rate of all patients was decreased in varying degrees(P<0.05).Comparison of T3?T4 and T2 in each group,the blood pressure and heart rate were all increased,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate of T5 and T6 were gradually restored to the level of T2(P>0.05)4.Compared with the same drug and different sex,there was no significant difference in hemodynamics between group PM and group PF,group SM and group SF(P>0.05).Compared with the same sex and different drugs,the blood pressure and heart rate in group PM(or group PF)were significantly lower than that in group SM(or group SF)at T2 and T1(P<0.05).Comparison of T3,T4 and T2,the increase of hemodynamics in the group PM(or group PF)was significantly higher than that in the group SM(or group SF)(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the groups.Conclusions1.There were differences in tracheal intubation time between male and female patients,and the time of tracheal intubation was longer in males than in females.2.Under the same anesthetic induction drugs,there was no difference in hemodynamics before and after intubation in different gender patients.3.Compared with propofol alone in the same sex,propofol TCI combined with sevoflurane had more stable hemodynamic changes before and after tracheal intubation.
