Objective:The effects of different electricity on serum BDNF content and positive cell count of black striatum BDNF in parkinsonism model rats were compared and the related mechanism was discussed.Methods:Parkinsonism rat model was established by injecting 6-hydroxydopamine(6-ohda)into two targets of one striatum.72 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,sham operation group,medobar group,pulse electroacupuncture group and music electroacupuncture group.PD model was evaluated by behavioral detection.After successful modeling,different electroacupuncture needles and medicated medoba were used.After 28 days of treatment,serum BDNF content and immunohistochemistry were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(elisa).Results:(1)Compared with the normal group and the sham group,the serum BDNF content in the model group decreased,and the difference was significant(P <0.01).Compared with model group,music electroacupuncture group,pulse electroacupuncture group and model group,the content of serum BDNF increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,the content of serum BDNF increased,but there was no statistical significance(P >0.05).The content of serum BDNF increased in music electroacupuncture group and pulse electroacupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)Compared with the normal group and the sham group,the number of BDNF positive cells in the substantia nigra decreased,with a significant difference(P < 0.01).Compared with model group,music electroacupuncture group and pulse electroacupuncture group,the number of BDNF positive cells in the striatum increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,the number of BDNF positive cells in the substantia nigra increased,but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Compared with the pulse electroacupuncture group,the number of BDNF positive cells in the substantia nigra increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Including music group,the pulse the curative group can improve the content of PD model rats serum BDNF,increase the substantia nigra striatum BDNF positive cell count,and music group curative effect is more apparent,and beauty ba group had no significant effect on its.(2)One of the therapeutic mechanisms of different electroacupuncture groups on PD model rats was achieved by regulating the content of serum BDNF and the number of black striatum BDNF positive cells.
