The Combination Of Edge Needle Therapy On Knee Osteoarthritis Of Clinical Observation

Objective:By using the combination of Edge needle therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis,and clinical Point injection combined with ironing therapy to compare the curative effect,to evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy on the disease,to provide new ideas for clinical research on the treatment of KOA.Methods:To find KOA patients from Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi College of tradition Orthopedic Clinic,Clinic of acupuncture and moxibustion Department,physical examination center,get the conditions selected in 66 cases of KOA,according to the random number table method divided them into the treatment group and the control group,33 cases in each group.Treatment group in combination with Edge needle combined with point injection and ironing therapy,point injection and ironing therapy as the control group.In the course of treatment,Edge needle and point injection once a week for four weeks as a course.and ironing therapy,once a day,15 minutes a time,continuous ironing for 4 weeks(Except Saturday and Sunday).The evaluation of JOA knee joint score,VAS score(visual analog score)and clinical efficacy of two groups before and after treatment and follow-up were observed and evaluated.Statistical software is used to carry out statistical credits for collected data,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of Edge needle therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis.Results: Of the 66 cases of this clinical trial,we had final finished 62 effective cases,4 cases were dropped,of which 3 cases were detached into the treatment group and 1 case were the control group,The final data results prompt:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups of VAS and JOA before treatment(P > 0.05),and among the difference was comparable.(2)After treatment,the scores of VAS and JOA were significantly improved in the two groups.Compared with those before treatment,the 2programs could significantly improve knee pain,pain,walking,pain,walking up stairs,flexing angles,ankylosis,high contracture and swelling symptoms(P < 0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the difference of VAS and JOA scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of walking,walking up and down staircase,bending angle and swelling in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Follow up: there was a statistically significant difference in VAS and JOA scores between the two groups before treatment,after treatment and after treatment and between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)The therapy of the combination of Edge needle therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis can effectively alleviate knee pain,improving motor function and accompanying symptoms.The overall effect is better than the control group,and it is a good comprehensive therapy for the treatment of the disease.(2)The therapy of the combination of Edge needle therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis has a stable curative effect and a long term effect.which is worthy of clinical promotion that provide new ideas and new ways.
