| Objective:At present,there are few studies on the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 with hyperuricemia in traditional Chinese medicine.To confirm the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,this study observes the clinical efficacy of "Yishen Huazhuo" therapy in treating patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 with hyperuricemia,and provides theoretical and experimental basis for clinical application on the basis of high-quality,low-protein,low-purine diet and basic treatment combined with sodium bicarbonate in alkalization of urine.Methods:A total of 60 outpatients and inpatients of the department of nephrology in Jiangsu provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2017 to March 2018 were collected,which met the inclusion criteria of CKD stage 3-4 combined with hyperuricemia.The treatment group included 30 patients and the control group included 30 patients.The control group was given a high-quality,low-protein,low-purine diet and basic treatment plus sodium bicarbonate tablets.The treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation treatment based on Chinese medicine "Yishen Huazhuo" therapy.Take 1 dose of traditional Chinese medicine every day,take drugs with warm water after three meals.Two weeks were used as the observation period,comparing the changes of main indicators such as blood uric acid,renal function(BUN,Scr),secondary indicators such as UTP,Alb,TC,and TG,safety indicators such as ALT,AST and PLT,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.The adverse reactions were observed and the data were analyzed statistically.Results:①Comparing the clinical efficacy such as blood uric acid and renal function before and after the treatment in the control group and the treatment group,the control group was better than the control group,with statistical significance.②The UA decreased significantly in the treatment group before and after treatment,but there was no significant change in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after the treatment.③BUN,Scr,UTP decreased after treatment in both treatment group and control group.The treatment group had statistical significance before and after treatment.The control group had no statistical difference before and after treatment,but the difference between the two groups after treatment was not significant.④There was no significant difference in the indicators of Alb,TC,TG,ALT,AST,PLT between the two groups before and after treatment.⑤The Scr in patients with effective SUA was statistically significant compared with that before treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in Scr of patients with ineffective SUA compared with that before treatment,which indicated that renal function was improved in SUA-reduced patients than before.⑥The aspect of traditional Chinese medicine:The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes as well as total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes before and after treatment of the two groups of patients both decreased than before,which was statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:"Yishen Huazhuo" therapy can reduce the serum uric acid level in patients with CKD stage 3-4 combined with HUA,which helps to reduce blood uric acid,delay renal function,reduce proteinuria,improve the clinical traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,it has fewer adverse reactions,is safe and workable.It shows the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of CKD stage 3-4 combined with HUA. |
