Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Galake Oral Treatment Of Postoperative Pain Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:Through the method of acupuncture analgesia combined with GALAKE oral analgesic,to the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain.Objective Observe and discuss the analgesic and analgesic effects of acupuncture combined with medicine on post operative pain after mixed hemorrhoids,toprovide a new clinical idea for post operative analgesia of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with GALAKE oral way of analgesia,while the control group was given oral analgesia by GALAKE.Observe and record the time taken for pain relief in both groups,VAS scores and VRS scores of patients with pain at 4h,8h,24h,48h,72h and 96h after operation,the condition of urination,analgesic drug use compared,and the discomfort that occurred during observation.The data was collated and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Result:The main evaluation index of curative effect:1.To compare the pain relief time of analgesia after the 1st,2nd,and 3rd dose of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain relief rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Tow groups of post operative anal pain VAS scores comparison,4h,8h,24h,48h,72h,96h after surgery,after statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups.3.Tow groups of post operative anal pain VRS scores comparison,4h,8h,24h,48h,72h,96h after surgery,after statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups.secondary efficacy evaluation:1.Tow groups of postoperative the condition of urination scores comparison,4h,8h,24h,48h,72h,96h after surgery,After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),which showed that the treatment group had better urination than the control group.2.The number of analgesics used per capita in both groups of patients,After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of drugs in the treatment group was less than the control group.3.Number of patients experiencing discomfort during the observation period in both groups,after statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group was less than that of the control group,and the treatment group has higher security.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with GALAKE oral has a definite effect on relieving pain after mixed hemorrhoids.It has rapid effect,can effectively relieve pain symptoms,improve postoperative urination,reduce the dosage of oral medicine and reduce adverse reactions.It is worth further clinical application.
