Clinical Study On Li Dan Hua Shi Decoction In Treating Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Of Gallbladder Stones

ObjectiveThis study combines TCM syndrome differentiation with Western medicine,After having the treatment in patients with gallbladder stone(liver depression and spleen deficiency),observing the different curative effect of the treatment group and the comparison group,to make a summary on the advantages of gallstone with the decoction in improving the symptoms,signs and Laboratory tests of gallstones and stones on the advantages of dissolved,for the clinical use of the side of the treatment of gallstones to make a useful attempt,at the same time for the clinical treatment of gallstones in Chinese medicine to provide a Theoretical basis and clinical data.Methods1.In this study,All cases were hospitalized in our hospital from 2015.1-2015.11 outpatient and inpatient treatment according to the standard of gallstones.It is 72 patients.Using the computer random number method,all the collectde cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.2.Treatment group of 36 cases take orally li dan hua shi granules,comparison group 36 cases were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid tablets,both groups were given medication for 8 weeks,the symptoms and signs of the patients were observed after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,statistical symptoms,signs of points.The levels of white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio,alanine transaminase,serum bilirubin,the result of B ultrasonic were measured after 8 weeks of medication;Observe the stone dissolve the situation,3.After all of the data of 72 cases entry,the use of SPSS17.0 software for all input data analysis,comparison,test to assess the effective rate of dissolution of stones.Results1.Of the 72 cases enrolled in the study,By Statistical analysis,the two groups in term of sex,age,duration column,symptom scores(p>0.05).the value was not quite different,with a comparative.2.Treatment group and the control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks,8weeks of treatment,In the treatment group and the control group at of treatment,the clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group,by Statistical analysis,with a significant difference(p<0.05)3.In the treatment group,the symptoms and signs of the patients at 4 weeks were better than the treatment 2 weeks,But by statistical comparison,there was no significant difference(p>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the patient’s symptoms and signs were better than 4 weeks of treatment,By statistical comparison,There was a significant difference(p<0.05).4.In the treatment of 8 weeks in both groups,the treatment group patients with gallbladder stone improved significantly in the results of laboratory tests(alanine transaminase,serum bilirubin)after 8 weeks treatment,compared with control group,The treatment group is better than the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group of white blood cell count,neutrophils ratio a fter treatment than before also improved,The treatment group is better than the control group,but compared with the control group,no significant difference(P > 0.05).In the treatment group and the control group,the total effective rate of calcination wa s 68.75%,45.45%,Through Statistical analysis,The treatment group is better than the control group,There was a significant difference(p<0.05).ConclusionThrough the clinical study on Li Dan Hua Shi Decoction in treating liver stagnation and spleen deficiency of gallbladder stones showed that the Li Dan Hua Shi Decoction and ursodeoxycholic acid tablets in improving the patients’ clinical symptoms,physical signs,auxiliary examination results,etc,all have good curative effect.Li Dan Hua Shi Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,signs,the improvement of abnormal laboratory parameters(ALT and DBIL),improve the dissolving of effectiveness is better than that of ursodeoxycholic acid tablets.Trial no obvious adverse reaction occurred,Therefore,Li Dan Hua Shi Decoction apply to the treatment of patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency of gallbladder stone,reduce the patients pain,the decoction is curative effect,safe and effective,can try to further promote the use o f clinica.
