The Correlation Between Modern Factors And Breast Cancer Research

Objective: This study adopted case-control study,through scientific and emotional factors associated with the amount of the table in case group were investigated and quantified with the control group,so as to analyze the emotional role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the patients with breast cancer who were diagnosed with breast cancer in Shanxi province from January 2016to-2016 in October,and at the same time in the same period of the year,with a total of 90 healthy individuals selected from the same period in.The case group and the control group according to age(within 3 years);the same occupation(the same as the mental or physical labor);education;similar life habits;similar marital fertility status(same as unmarried,married or divorced)1:1.Two groups of patients completed the same questionnaire of life events,social support questionnaire,coping style questionnaire.The data were collected by questionnaire,and then was tested with SPSS21.0 software,quantitative data using independent sample t test,qualitative data by chi square test;single factor analysis of significant variables in multivariate logistic regression analysis;using SPSS 21.0 software to complete all the statistical analysis was performed using a two-sided test,the test level of =0.05 alpha,p<0.05 was considered statistically significant difference.Results:(1)Breast cancer patients average age(49.08±9.08),the control group average age(49.67±9.62),t test,two groups of quantitative data of p>0.05,at the age of two groups had no statistical difference,comparable.(2)Between the 2 groups and control group in nationality,residence,education level,occupation and other general conditions using the X2 test,the results showed that p>0.05,between the case group and the control group in the aspects of nationality,residence,education level,occupation were not statistically significant,comparable between the two groups.(3)90 cases of patients,73 cases suffered adverse life events in the past 5 years,a total of219,the average(2.43±1.34);control group,41 cases suffered adverse life events in the past 5 years,a total of 109,the average(1.21±1.42)parts.The difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05),with statistical significance.(4)Cases of patients with negative life events,the average score was(6.28±2.89),the average score of the control group(4.52±2.97),the former was significantly higher than the latter(p<0.05),the difference between the two groups.(5)Breast cancer patients suffered from the negative aspects of marriage and family life events were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05),social and other aspects of the.(6)The results of the investigation of the two groups showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,the patients with breast cancer had more negative coping and less positive coping.(7)Investigation of social support group patients and control results show that the objective support(p<0.05),and the difference in subjective support and support of the two aspects,no difference,no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)In patients with breast cancer diagnosed before 5 years suffered negative life events was significantly higher than the control group;(2)Negative life events encountered in breast cancer patients than the control group,but with more moderate and severe;(3)Negative life events cause more emotional changes,such as thoughts,anger,grief,fright,fear,and so on,and cause the disorder of Qi and Qi,blood,phlegm,stroke,and breast cancer;(4)Breast cancer patients with negative emotions such as sadness,helpless in the they encountered negative life events,should be used to avoid or delay the negative coping style;(5)Negative emotion and negative coping style are both the sources of psychological stress and promote breast cancer by influencing the function of organism;(6)Water shape,many people have dark,pessimistic,suspicious,anxiety and other personality characteristics,there are more "sad,sorrow" emotional impact,Qi block and Yang damage,and become breast cancer;(7)The relationship between the social support and the incidence of breast cancer is not obvious.
