| Objective:Investigating the factor which affect aortic diameter of rural population in Guangxi Liujiang for providing a basis for hypertension prevention.Method:There were 503 cases which were collected when did impotant cardiovascular prevalence survey of Guangxi Liujiang in December 2013.They were all collected of diet, exercise, family history, history of hypertension, coronary heart disease and stroke. After measuring blood pressure three times at a sitting position by Omron Electronic Blood Pressure Monitor and were measured of weight, leight, abdmominal perimeter, then got the mean of the three number and the body mass index. All respondents were detected by heart color Doppler ultrasound to measure the aortic valve diameter, aorticsinus diameter, the aortic root diameter, the ascending aorta diameter and were detected for blood glucose, total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, serum creatinine of vein when kept empty stomach. These cases are devided into two teams by the blood pressure level:the hypertension team and the non-hypertension team, then each large group was divided by age to 35 to 54-year-old,55 to 74 year-old,75 to 94-year-old 3 subgroups.Result:①Among the 507 cases, the hypertension team included 171 cases, the 35 to 54-year-old subgroup,55 to 74 year-old subgroup,75 to 94-year-old 3 subgroup respectively included 24cases,117cases,30cases,and the non-hypertension team included 336 cases, the 35 to 54-year-old subgroup,55 to 74 year-old subgroup,75 to 94-year-old 3 subgroup respectively included 154cases,162cases,20cases.(2)To compare with the non-hypertension group,age,male/female,TC,GLU,TG,LDL-c of hypertension group also increased(P<0.05),and aorticsinus, the aortic root, the ascending aorta diameter of hypertension group was broadening(all P<0.01).③Through analysising the subgroup of the non-hypertension group,we found:the average diastolic blood pressure decreased as age increased(P<0.05).HDL,GLUof the elderly-age subgroup is higher than the medium-age subgroup and the younger-age group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the younger-age group and the medium-age subgroup. The aorticsinus’s inside diameter, the aortic root’s inside diameter inside diameter of the medium-age subgroup was higher than the younger-age group(all P<0.05),the aorticsinus’s inside diameter of the elderly-age subgroup was higher than the younger-age group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the elderly-age group and the medium-age subgroup.④Through analysising the subgroup of the hypertension group,we found:the average diastolic blood pressure of the elderly-age subgroup was less than the younger-age group and the medium-age subgroup, but there was no significant difference between the younger-age group and the medium-age subgroup. The average systolic pressure of the the elderly-age subgroup was higher than the the younger-age group, there was no significant difference between the elderly-age group and the medium-age subgroup. The aortic valve’s diameterand the aorticsinus’s inside diameter of he elderly-age subgroup and the medium-age subgroup were all less than the the younger-age group, but there was no significant difference in other items among the three subgroups.⑤After comparing the subgroup between the hypertension team and the non-hypertension team,we found:to compare with the non-hypertension team’s the younger-age group, the average diastolic blood pressure, the average systolic pressure,LDL-c of the hypertension team’s the younger-age group increased significantly,The aortic valve’s diameter, the aorticsinus’s inside diameter, the aortic root’s inside diameter, the ascending aorta diameter’s inside diameter broadening significantly. To compare with the non-hypertension team’s the medium-age group, the aortic root ’s inside diameter, the ascending aorta diameter’s inside diameter broadening significantly.and age,BMI,the average diastolic blood pressure, the average systolic pressure,TC,GLUof the hypertension team’s medium-age group increased significantly(P<0.05).To compare with the non-hypertension team’s elderly-age group, the average diastolic blood pressure, the average systolic blood pressure increased significantly of the hypertension team’s elderly-age group, but other items of two teams had no difference.⑥One Way ANOVA analysis showed that:The Aortic valve diameter was negatively correlated with female(correlation coefficients were-0.338)and positively correlated with smoking, diastolic pressure(correlation coefficients were 0.269,0.125);aorticsinus diameter was negatively correlated with female(correlation coefficients were-0.38)and was positively correlated with smoking, diastolic pressure, age(correlation coefficients were 0.244,0.136,0.095),the aortic root diameter was negatively correlated with female(correlation coefficients.were-0.351)and was positively correlated with smoking, systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure, age(correlation coefficients were 0.281,0.162,0.194,0.170);the ascending aorta diameter was negatively correlated with female(correlation coefficients were-0.28)and was negatively correlated with smoking, systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure, age(correlation coefficients were 0.174,0.162,0.213,0.226).⑦Multiple Linear Regression:(1)The Aortic valve’s diameter mainly appear linear relationship with femalel:if Y= Aortic valve’s diameter,X1=Female,the regression equation is Y=2.149X1+23.766.(2)aorticsinus’s diameter mainly appear linear relationship with femalel, age,HDL,if Y= aorticsinus’s diameter,X1=Female,X2=age,X3=HDL,the regression equation is Y=3.8889X1+0.048X2+0.055X3+34.961.(3)The aortic root’s diameter mainly appear linear relationship with sex, age, systolic blood pressure,HDL,if Y= aortic root’ s diameter,X1= sex,X2=age,X3= systolic blood pressure,X4= HDL,the regression equation is Y=-2.213X1+0.056X2+0.037X3+0.030X4+24.418.(4)The ascending aorta’s diameter mainly appear linear relationship with sex, age, systolic blood pressure,if Y= ascending aorta’s diameter,X1= sex,X2=age,X3= systolic blood pressure, the regression equation is Y=-1.989X1+0.071X2+0.037X3+0.063 X4+24.359.Conclusion:The aortic dimension expansionary restruction of Guang xi Liujiang hypertension rural was more signifigant than the nomal population.Age,Male,HDL,Blood pressure had different effect on expansionary restruction aortic starting part’s different anatomic sites. But smoking and male were the dangerous factors. The ascending pulse pressure was one of the factors which caused the aortic root’s diameter and ascending aorta restricting.Smoking cessation and controlling blood pressure probably is the key measure of preventing and reversing the reconstruction of the starting part of aorta. |
