The Effect Of Endometriosis On The Outcome Of In Vitro Fertilization And Embryo Transfer

Research purposesIn this study,the clinical and laboratory data of patients with endometriosis in IVF-ET were collected,and the corresponding data of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy were taken as a control.The differences in the general situation and the clinical and laboratory data of endometriosis patients and patients without endometriosis were analyzed.To explore the relationship between pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET and endometriosis.Research methodsA retrospective study was carried out in Department of reproduction in Linyi Municipal People’s Hospital of Shandong Province.There are 425 IVF-ET cycles was selected from January 2014 to March 2017,these patients have endometriosis or simple tubal problems.All patients were divided into two groups according to the cycle type:A,fresh cycle group;B,resuscitation cycle group.And the two groups were divided into:(1)the study group:endometriosis patients(group A1,group B1);(2)the control group:tubal factor infertility group(group A2,group B2).endometriosis or tubal factor is the only known indication for IVF pregnancy.The general condition of patients including age,duration of infertility,follicle-stimulating hormone,antral follicle count,body mass index.In addition,the total Gn days,the total Gn use,the number of eggs obtained,the number of MII eggs,endometrial thickness on day of transplantation,the rate of elimination of cycles,the rate of clinical pregnancy and the rate of abortion were compared between the two groups.Research results1.There was no significant difference between the male factors in the study group and the control group.The CA-125 was significantly higher in the study group.In fresh cycle group,there was no significant difference between the controled ovarian hyperstimulations in the study group and the control group.And in resuscitation cycle group,there was no significant difference between the endometrial preparation programs in the study group and the control group.2.1n fresh cycle groupThe general situation like age,duration of infertility,AFC and FSH had no statistical significance(p>0.05)between the study group and the control group,but the BMI of the study group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.In resuscitation cycle groupThe general situation like duration of infertility,AFC and FSH had no statistical significance(p>0.05)between the study group and the control group,but the age and the BMI of the study group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.1n fresh cycle groupGn total use,the number of eggs,the rate of elimination of the cycle,the clinical pregnancy rate,the abortion rate had no difference between the study group and the control group.But the total Gn days and endometrial thickness on day of transplantation were higher in the study group than in the control group,while the number of MII eggs in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.In resuscitation cycle groupThe clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate had no difference between the study group and the control group.The endometrial thickness on day of transplantation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).6.The regression analysis in fresh cycleThe total amount of Gn and whether the clinical pregnancy had no correlation with endometriosis.BMI and the number of MII eggs was negatively related to endometriosis.The total Gn days and endometrial thickness on day of transplantation was positively related to endometriosis.7.The regression analysis in resuscitation cycleWhether the clinical pregnancy had no correlation with endometriosis,and BMI patients with endometriosis are negatively correlated,and there is no graft intimal thickness on endometriosis is related.Analysis conclusion1.In the process of IVF superovulation,endometriosis patients with the same ovarian function need a longer ovarian stimulation compare with those patients without endometriosis,and the number of eggs is not affected,but the ovum maturation rate is lower.2.When Ovarian function is equivalent,Between those patients with and without endometriosis,the rate of cycle cancellation,the rate of clinical pregnancy and the rate of abortion were similar,In other words,the chance of getting pregnant and the outcome of pregnancy were not affected.
