This article first analyzes the teaching application of multimedia case teaching at home and abroad;secondly,it defines the multimedia case teaching method and communication ability,expounds the constructivist learning theory,Situational Cognition and learning theory applied to the teaching process,and establishes the multimedia case teaching method in "nursing".In the course of interpersonal communication,the specific indicators were determined.Fourthly,according to the evaluation standard,we use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to set up the evaluation system and draw the conclusion of evaluation.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the use of constructivist learning theory and Situational Cognition and learning theory are used as the basis of the theory,and the application of multimedia case teaching method in the course teaching at home and abroad is analyzed.Due to the lack of research on multimedia case teaching method from the existing literature,the definition of multimedia case teaching method is not very clear.Referring to the existing literature and the teaching experience of "nursing interpersonal communication",the author redefines the multimedia case teaching method.(2)according to the application of Multimedia Case Teaching in the course of interpersonal communication in nursing,the specific evaluation index system is formulated with the media design and selection,teaching design and teaching process as the evaluation index of teaching effect,and the evaluation index body of the multimedia case teaching method is determined: the evaluation of the subject experts and the evaluation of the colleagues.The three way of evaluation is composed of student evaluation,which makes the evaluation more scientific and reasonable.(3)through the application cases to verify the teaching effect of Multimedia Case Teaching in the course of nursing interpersonal communication in the 2014 class of Tangshan Vocational and Technical College,combined with the evaluation index and the application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation model of multimedia case teaching method is constructed,and the evaluation judgment matrix is established.The weight value of the index is tested and the consistency check is carried out.(4)the multimedia case teaching method can make up the shortcomings of the traditional teaching,improve the students’ enthusiasm for learning,train the students’ interest in learning,make the curriculum atmosphere more dense,and the interaction between teachers and students is also changed fluently.From a student’s point of view,it’s more important to learn nursing communication skills and improve academic performance.From a teacher’s point of view,the quality of teaching has been improved,and the students are also very enthusiastic about the classroom interaction.The teaching attitude,content and ability also make the students feel satisfied.
