| Objective To discusses the present situation and its influencing factors of secondary prevention medication adherence in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods One hundred and twity-two cardiology elderly patients were divided into intervention group and control group by hospital admission time,Of these,50 were the intervention group and 72 in the control group.The intervention group was received secondary preventive medication and health guidelines,the control group was only given secondary prevention medication,analyzed the differences the clinical indices and the incidence of coronary events of two groups.Results In the control group,there was no statistical difference between of blood pressure,blood fat and blood sugar after the follow-up(P>0.05).In the intervention group,after follow-up,the incidence of coronary events decreased,and blood pressure,lipid and blood sugar control were better,There were statistical differences between of these(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of secondary preventive drug treatment was significant.The secondary prevention of drug adherence is related to various factors and health educa tion and psychological guidance can improve adherence. |
