Affect Of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy And Partial Adrenalectomy To The Response Rate Of The Body

Objective To investigate the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy and partial adrenalectomy on the response rate of the body.Methods56 patients collected from 2015.8 to 2017.5,including 34 females and 22 males,aged21-60 years,34 underwent total adrenalectomy and 22 underwent partial adrenalectomy.The time of anesthesia,the dosage of anesthetic agents,the levels of hormone and potassium,the blood pressure before and after operation,the reaction rate before and after operation were measured by vertical drop method.The response rate of the patients was compared 3 days before and 3 days after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation.Results All operations were not open,no intraoperative and postoperative complications,no death during follow-up,There was no recurrence of tumor in all the patients.There were significant differences in plasma free MN,plasma free NMN and cortisol between the two groups on the 3rd day after operation(P < 0.05),but they were all within the normal clinical range and 1 month after operation.There was no significant difference in serum aldosterone concentration and serum potassium between 3 months after operation and before operation(P > 0.05).After operation,the blood pressure of 41 patients decreased to the normal level and the blood pressure of 14 patients decreased to the normal level.There was no improvement in blood pressure in 1patient compared with preoperative improvement.There was no statistical difference in blood between the two groups(P > 0.05).The response rate of the two groups within 3 months after operation was lower than that before operation(P < 0.05),but the response rate of unilateral partial adrenalectomy group was faster than that of unilateral total adrenalectomy group 3 months after operation,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusions Whether the radrenalectomy or partial resection can affect response rate,but adrenalectomy is more severe,Both methods are effective in the treatment of aldosterone tumor.Due to the limited number of cases and the follow-up time is short,further studies were needed to understand the specific influence and mechanism...
