| ’The Effective Prescription of Su and Shen’ is one of the most famous prescriptions in Song Dynasty,which was written by Su Shi and Shen Kuo.The earliest block-printed book that can be found is the block-printed book with pictures in the days of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty.The book is divided into 10 volumes,about 100,000 words..Divided into traditional Chinese medicine,wind dampness,Typhoid fever and summerheat dampness,viscera and bowels,Lung fistula and strain,life nurturing and tonify essential,head diseases,small intestine,trauma,women and children.Among them,Volume Six focuses on the theory of health ideology of the whole book.The prescriptions listed in Volume Six are also the focus of this recipe.The thesis will make systematic research on the book from the following aspects.Firstly,TCM literature research includes author life,the version of this book,historical position,contents of the book and analyzing one by one for the formula of the life nurturing in the book.Secondly,the study extends into the whole book from Volume Six.Simultaneously,the content of the life nurturing will be divided into four parts:theory and ideology of the life nurturing,element and application of formula of life nurturing,application features of Millet method and the formula of Qiushi.Then the thesis will conclude the result about the theory and the application features of the formulas.In addition,the paper will summarize the theory and the application features of the formula by scientific method,such as from theory to practice,from bland medicine to multi-taste medicine,from the formula to disease.Finally,the paper will explore the significance and effect of contemporary life nurturing about ’The Effective Prescription of Su and Shen’.This thesis aims to analysis the theoretical basis and medication characteristics by researching ’The Effective Prescription of Su and Shen’,and then provide experience and reference for contemporary life nurturing. |
