| Purpose:Using Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score to evaluate and observe the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of Adult onset Still’s Disease which type is an internal dampness-heat by using addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction.Objections:40 patients were up to the diagnostic criteria of AOSD and syndrome of internal dampness-heat of TCM standards.Continually treating these 40 patients 4 weeks by using addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction.Recording the change of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome and safety index between treating AOSD before and after.Analyzing the results by using the statics software of SPSS 22.0.Results:1.Treating the type of internal dampness-heat of AOSD 4 weeks,and getting the result of total effective rate is 82.5%.2.Comparing the results that had statistical significance between the treatment before and after,addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction can effective remission and elimination of the patient’s body temperature,pain,rash,sore throat and other symptoms.3.Comparing the results that had statistical significance between the treatment before and after,addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction can reduce the Serum ferritin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count index.4.Comparing the results that had statistical significance between the treatment before and after,addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome scores.5.Treatment of AOSD which type is internal dampness-heat by using addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction had no side effects and more safety.Conclusion:Using addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction to treat AOSD patients can has effective remission and elimination of TCM syndrome,and reduce remarkably serum ferritin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count index.The clinical efficacy of using addition and subtraction Sanren Decoction to treat AOSD is safety and no side effects. |
