Objective:This research is to measure the parameter of the hip joints of the normal adults’ hip X-ray of Dong minority in Guangxi,China.And provide data for the design and improvement of hip joint prosthesis for Dong minority of China.Methods : Fifty cases of pelvic orthoparasion(100 total hip joints)of the normal Dong minority adults in Guangxi were selected.The diameter of the femoral head,the height from the base of the acetabulum to the acetabular mouth(deep diameter),the diameter of the femoral neck Length,the diameter of the medullary cavity 2cm above and below the lesser trochanter,and the eccentric distance of the femoral shaft were measured.X-ray parameters of the hip joint were statistically analyzed and compared with the statistics at home and abroad.Results: Use statistical software SPSS 18.0 to do the statistical analysis.The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(x ± S).Male diameter of acetabular depth 24.59±3.58 mm,diameter of femoral head 54.63±3.87 mm,the height of femoral head 59.62±5.11 mm.femoral neck length 44.27±5.13 mm,the width of the medullary cavity at the 2cm upper the small rotor 47.26±6.02 mm,the width of the medullary cavity at the small rotor 29.07±4.53 mm,the width of the medullary cavity at the 2cm lower the small rotor 2 0.8 9 ±2.76 mm.femoral offset 40.36±6.79 mm.Female diameter of acetabular depth 22.37±4.03 mm,diameter of femoral head 47.13±3.25 mm,the height of femoral head 54.68±3.08 mm,femoral neck length 41.49±3.98 mm,the width of the medullary cavity at the 2cm upper the small rotor 45.36±7.07 mm,the width of the medullary cavity at the small rotor of 27.74±3.64 mm,the width of the medullary cavity at the 2cm lower the small rotor 19.97±5.34 mm,femoral offset 34.95±5.33 mm.Conclusions: There was no significant difference in the hip joint morphology between normal male and female adults of Dong minority in Guangxi.Compare the data In this study to the data of studies made by domestic and overseas,we find difference between them.It is necessary to design hip prosthesis based on the hip morphological character of different minorities in China. |
