| Objective:By observing patients who has the symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis used Buyang Huanwu detection capsule before and after the treatment and checking their breath holding index,hemorheology,neurological symptoms and cerebral vascular events improvement,to evaluatethe effect of this drug on enhancing cerebral blood flow reserve and blood flow velocity,improve the neurological deficits.The author also explores the Buyang Huanwu detection capsule importance of as one of important methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat patients who has the symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis.Methods:（1）Collect60patientswithsymptomatic intracranial artery stenosis who met the Inclusion criteria from Encephalopathy Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine in 2015.9--2016.9;and divided the patients into two groups randomly,30 cases per group.（2）The control group received orally aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100mg,once a day;simvastatin tablets 20mg,once a day.Compared with the control group,the experimental group added with Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules,2 pills,three times,orally.Both the two groups were treated for a period of 3 months.（3）:Measure the breath holding index,neurological symptoms and cerebral vascular events improvement of each group before and after the treatment.（4）:All data were expressed as x±s,using SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis.The results of breath-hold index,NIHSS score of each group before and after the treatment were compared with paired t test,and the results of the test group and the control group after treatment were compared with the independent sample t test,the incidence of cerebrovascular events using?2 test,based on P<0.05,which is significantly different.Results:（1）There was no significant difference in gender,age,cerebral blood flow reserve and neurological deficit between the two groups（P>0.05）.（2）After treatment,compared the breath holding index of the illed side of the experimental group（1.13±0.77）with the control group（0.76±0.58）,the experimental group improved significantly,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and compared the variation of breath holding index of the two groups,the experimental group（0.33±0.15）was significantly higher than the control group（0.10±0.07）,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.（3）Blood flow velocity:before treatment,compared the Vm1 of the experimental group with the control group,P>0.05,the difference has no statistically significant.In the experimental group,the number of Vm1（97.64±19.65）after the treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment（108.19±16.65）,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in Vm2 of the experimental group before（127.36±14.76）and after the treatment（124.34±17.64）.In the control group,the number of Vm1（101.09±17.65）after the treatment was lower than that before treatment（109.24±18.92）,but P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference in Vm2 of the experimental group between the control group before（121.69±11.61）and after the treatment（120.78±16.25）,P>0.05.（4）NIHSS score:the experimental group after treatment（1.90±0.49）compared with the control group after treatment（3.08±0.59）,decreased significantly,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.（5）The incidence of cerebral vascular events:the experimental group was 3%,and the control group was 13.3%,the experimental group was lower than the control group,butP>0.05,there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu detectio capsule can increase breath-hold index of the patiengs with sICAS;Buyang Huanwu detectio capsule can reduce the blood flow velocity of narrow blood vessels;Buyang Huanwu detectio capsule can improve the symptoms of neurological deficits in s ICAS patients,suggestting that the drug can be used as a important measures of Traditional Chinese Medicine. |
