The Clinical Observation Of Treating Skin Rash Caused By EGFR-TKI With Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction

Objective:In this article,we observed the efficacy of Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction in the treatment of EGFR-TKI related skin rashes through clinical studies.The main indicators of the observation include skin toxicity grading,TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)symPtoms integral,the curative effect of the two drugs,and the safety of the test drugs.The aim of this study is that if we can Provide theoretical and Practical reference for the standard treatment of TCM for the skin rash caused by EGFR-TKI.Methods : We would collect 62 cases of NSCLC Patients of Qi and Blood Deficiency with Wind Heat Syndrome,who is suffering from a acne-like skin rash caused by EGFR-TKI in outPatient dePartment of Traditional Chinese Medicine DePartment and ResPiration DePartment of Shanxi Provincial Cancer HosPital,from January 2016 to January 2017.Then divided into two grouPs with the method of random control,each grouP with 31 cases.The control grouP: taking EGFR-TKI according to the original dosage every day,and taking Minocycline Hydrochloride CaPsules to cure the skin rash.The ex Perimental grouP: taking of Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction to cure the skin rash,and tanking EGFR-TKI as the control grouPEach.grouP were observed 15 days as a treatment cycle,evaluated the situation of skin rashes of the two grouPs,and then do statistical analysis after two cycles.Results:Both of the drugs could alleviate the extent of skin rash,the Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction was more effective(P<0.01).ComPared the effective rate of the two grouPs after every treatment cycle,Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction had higher efficiency,the total effective rate was 93.33%,another was 64.52%(P<0.01).The Traditional Chinese Medicine symPtom integral droPed obviously before and after treatment both grouPs of Patients,the grouP treated with Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction had more significant effect after 2treatment cycles(P<0.01).ComPared the effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine symPtom integral,The exPerimental grouP was 86.67%,the control grouP was 64.52%after the 2 treatment cycles ended(P<0.01).Both of the two different drugs used in the clinical trials could imProve the KPS scores of all Patients.ComParison of two grouPs,the difference without statistical significance after the first course of treatment(P>0.05),but the second end had different result(P<0.05),the grouP treated with QI Fang Gui Shao Decoction imProved more.Conclusion:1.The Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction is an effective medicine to cure the skin rash caused by EGFR-TKI of Qi and Blood Deficiency with Wind Heat Syndrome,and better than Minocycline Hydrochloride CaPsules.2.The Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction can imProve the KPS score.3.The method of reinforcing qi and nourishing blood with DisPelling wind and clearing heat is efficaciously to treat the skin rash caused by EGFR-TKI in TCM.4.The Qi Fang Gui Shao Decoction is safety and no obvious adverse reactions.
