Objective : To observe the effect of the Tao ren cheng qi tang on postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction(artories and veims stasis)clinical curative effect. Methods:Patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction and artories and veims stasis were collected from December 2015 to December 2016 after the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of Shanxi Province Tumour Hospital according to Chinese medicine, western medicine of the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.90 patients were selected with standard. There were 52 males and 38 females. The minimum age is 27 years old.The maximum age is 63 years old.Postoperative gastric cancer accounted for most of the disease. In the aspects of gender, age, disease by statistical analysis showed no significant difference and comparable.Patients and clients are informed that they sign the informed consent.According to the grouping method of random number table, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment of Western Medicine such as gastrointestinal decompression; On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with the the Tao ren cheng qi tang. Two groups were observed after 6 days, withing a detailed record of the exhaust time, extubation time, return to normal diet time and hospitalization time, observing the clinical effect, statisticing the TCM syndrome score,Testing the serum Tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),Interleukin-6(IL-6)content by chemiluminescence method.Comparative analysis of statistical data. This experiment was used to analyze the experimental data of SPSS22.0 statistical software. Results:After 6 days of treatment, the treatment group 25 cases were cured,17 cases effective,3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.3%.the control group 17 cases were cured,19 cases effective,9 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-2.017,P=0.044).The two groups were statistically significant(all P < 0.05)in the recovery of exhaust, removal of gastric tube, recovery of normal diet, hospitalization time, etc.Comparison of two groups of TCM syndromes before treatment,no significant difference by statistical analysis(t=1.434,P=0.155),After treatment,TCM symptoms were reduced and the scores were decreased. The difference was statistically significant(t=-7.947,P=0.00).After treatment, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(all P< 0.05);There was no significant difference in serum TNF-a and IL-6 levels before treatment between the two groups(t=0.404,P=0.687).After treatment, the content of TNFa and IL-6 decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-12.708,P=0.00).After treatment, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(all P < 0.05).Conclusion : The Tao ren cheng qi tang in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction after operation(artories and veims stasis)has a significant effect. It can improve the clinical symptoms, short the exhaust time, the extubation time, recovery of normal diet, and hospitalization time, and reduce inflammation. It is worthy of clinical application.
