Clinical Observation Of Vitamin E And Astragalus In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

Objective:Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a hot spot in the research of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.On the basis of previous studies of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for HDCP,and according to Qin Qirui professor clinical experience,the study aimed to research the clinical effect of Vitamin E combined with huangqi fried granules on preventing and treating HDCP,in order to seek new ideas to the treatment of HDCP with Traditional Chinese medicine.This study also explored the mechanism of clinical treatment,in order to provide a good scientific basis for Clinical treatment.Methods:(1)60 cases satisfied inclusion criteria of HDCP were randomed divided into trial group,Vitamin E control group and Astragalus membranaceus control group,the general information and data before treatment of the three group satisfied balanced principle.(2)On the basis of routine treatment of Western Medicine,the trial group was treated by Vitamin E combined with huangqi fried granules,the two control groups respectively given only Vitamin E only huangqi fried granules as treatment.(3)The clinical syndromes of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine,the Mean arterial pressure(MAP),the mean 24 h urinary protein content,the pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women and infants and so on were taken as main statistical parameters.(4)From the onset the 3 groups of patients were taken medicine to 36 weeks,monitoring relevant indexs after stopping drugs,analyzed the statistic data and drew conclusions after one treatment course.Results:(1)The three groups had no significant difference in general data(P>0.05).(2)In the aspect of improving the clinical symptoms of TCM syndrome,there was no significant difference among the three groups before treatment.There was no significant differenc between the two control groups,while trial group was higher than another two control groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In the aspect of observation index,the mean arterial pressure of three groups decreased compared with before treatment,the experimental group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P < 0.05).Three groups of urine protein leakage after treatment were reduced,the experimental group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P < 0.05).(4)In the aspect of maternal pregnancy outcome,The ratio of adverse pregnancy outcomes betweenthe three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)One case was shown mild diarrhea in the Vitamin E control group,and the symptoms disappeared after adjustment,while no adverse reaction was detected in the rest.Conclusion:(1)It was a safe and effective method to prevent and treat hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy with vitamin E and Astragalus.(2)Vitamin E and Astragalus combined with routine Western Medicine can effectively improve the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood.(3)Comprehensive curative effect was better than single use vitamin E or Astragalus,and it can provide preliminary reference and suggestions for preventing and treating hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
