| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of proximal fibular osteotomy joint knee arthroscopic debridement treatment of the medial compartment osteoarthritis of knee. Methods Using proximal fibular osteotomy joint knee arthroscopic debridement,26 cases(38knees)with knee osteoarthritis were reviewed respectively from April 2015 to January 2017.Comparison was made in patients before and after surgery with visual analogue scale(VAS)、hospital for special surgery knee score(HSS)、femorotibial angle. Results It was found that it was statistically significant postoperative VAS,HSS,femorotibial angle comparing with preoperative score(P < 0.05).According to cartilage damage Outerbridge classification under the arthroscope,38 cases could be divided into four groups:Ⅰ level group of 6 cases of knee,Ⅱlevel group of 10 cases of knee,Ⅲ level group of 13 cases of knee,Ⅳ level group of 9 cases of knee.Comparing four groups before and after surgery: there were statistically significant Ⅰlevel,Ⅱ level,Ⅲ level group of postoperative VAS,HSS,femorotibial angle and Ⅳ level group knee valgum angle comparedwith preoperative score(P<0.05).There is no statistical significance comparingⅣ level group of postoperative VAS,HSS with preoperative score(P>0.05).Conclusion It is concluded that pain would relieved and knee’s function would improved if proximal fibula osteotomy joint knee arthroscopic debridement were treated on patients who get medial compartment of the knee OA in Ⅰlevel,Ⅱlevel,Ⅲ level of Outerbridge class. |
