| ObjectiveGuangxi Nanning City have appeared local case of dengue fever outbreak in 2014.This study is for outbreaks of dengue fever prevention and control,monitoring and intervention measures to provide scientific basis for epidemic characteristics of the outbreak and on-site disposal workload analysis.MethodsDengue related data(including active search cases epidemiological survey and the government leading defense joint control in Nanning city investment work questionnaire)in June 2014-December was collected,the case questionnaire data were entered to EpiData and combined with SPSS to analysis the epidemic data by descriptive epidemiological.ResultsThere were 722 cases of dengue fever in Nanning in 2014,there was no statistical difference between male and female(P>0.05),the peak of incidence mainly concentrated in mid September to mid October,imainly is 30-44 years(centralized in young and middle-aged people).There was statistically significant between the incidence rate difference in city interval(P<0.05).cases were mainly concentrated in Xingning District(accounting for cumulative reported cases of 48.06%),XIXIANGTANG district(32.27%),Qingxiu district(11.77%).Clinical symptoms mainly were fever,sudden onset,fatigue and other symptoms.This outbreak of government leading and organizing the implementation of fast mosquito,cut off the route of transmission,Bi index reduced to 5 below,to carry out prevention and control of dengue fever knowledge of health education and guidance,to enhance the consciousness of the public of prevention and control of dengue fever.ConclusionsThe epidemic situation of dengue fever in Nanning city is spread caused by imported cases,the Xingning district,and the QingXiu district is the focus of prevention and control of the region,to strengthen the monitoring,Environmental remediation and mozzies are the most effective way to preventionand control of dengue fever epidemic. |
