| ObjectivesPeople’s life stress and work stress were increased with the rapid develpment of economy.Mental health of doctors and nurses were influenced if they were overloaded,therefore,occupational stress and job burnout would appeared,which would lead to subhealth staus.In the respect of mental health,medical staffs showed inattention on work,retardation,low accomplishment,demotivation and so on,which influenced the doctor-patient relationship.This survey aimed to understand theconditions of job burnout,job stress and personality about doctors and nurses.These would be the theoretical foundation of preventing doctors and nurses’ job burnout,occupational stress and maintainingtheir physical and mental health,improving work efficiency.Method1.To survey by using Maslach Burnout Inventory,Occupational Stress Inventory and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and analysising the reliability and validity of scales.2.To investigat 750 doctors and nurses in 14 hospitals by using the method of multistage stratified random cluster sampling.3.To analysis data by using T-test,One-Way ANOVA et al.Result(1)The job burnout detection rates of doctors and nurses’ were mainly moderate and mild,which emotional exhaustion moderate detection rate was 36.8%,the mild deindividuation detection rate was 35%,low personal accomplishment moderate detection rate was 34.7%.Emotional exhaustion of doctors and nurses in 46-55 got the highest score,deindividuation of doctors and nurses in 26-35 got the highest score;low personal accomplishment and emotional exhaustion of phD degree got the highest score;the total score of job burnout about the person whose monthly income less than 1000 got the highest score.(2)It had statistical difference between male and female among all the scales of Occupational Stress Inventory(P<0.05);occupational task and occupational stress of phD degree got the highest score,the doctors and nurses who got the associate-degree had highest score in personal coping resources;the medical staffs whose working years from 26 to 30 years got the highest score in coping resources;the person whose monthly income less than 3000 got the highest score in occupational task,the staffs whose monthly income more than 5000 had highest score in personal coping resources.(3)the proporation of intermediate type in P(Psychoticism),E(Extraversion),L(Lie),N(Neuroticism)were the highest,the rates were respectively 44.2%,40.2%,48.8%and 46.1%.It had statistical difference between doctors and nurses in the scale of P(Psychoticism)(P<0.05);the medical staffs who owned associate-degree got the highest score in the scale of P(Psychoticism);the score of N(Neuroticism)with divorced person were higher than that with the rest of the two groups;the score of N(Neuroticism)and E(Extraversion)with medical staffs whose monthly income less than 2000 were higher than the rest of the two groups.(4)The percentage of low level saliva samples IgA、IgG with medical staffs were respectively 87.0%and 92.8%.There was significant negative correlation between the content of IgA、IgG and occupational stress,job burnout(r<0.01);there was significant positive correlation between the content of IgG and all the scles of EPQ(r<0.01).Conclusion1.According to the detection rate,doctors and nurses existed a certain extent of job burnout and occupational stress,therefor,it was significant to prevent job burnout and occupational stress of medical staffs.2.Different genders,ages,educations and working years had certain influence to job burnout and occupational stress of doctors and nurses,these were significant to the job burnout and stress research.3.There exsited correlation between job burnout,occupational stress and personality of doctors and nurses.4.There exsited negative correlation between the content of IgA、IgG and the score of job burnout and occupational stress,These would be the theoretical foundation of maintainin medical staffs physical and psychological health as well as giving suggestions to intervening measures. |
