Patterns Of Persistent HPV Infection After Treatment For Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN)

Objective:Knowing cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection status and genetic subtypes distribution characteristics can provide clinical basis for therapy HPV vaccine of cervical.observe human papilloma virus’ clearance of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)after conization,and analyze the related factors of negative HPV infection after conization.Patterns of persistent HPV infection after treat mentfor cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:Collect the cervical cone cutting CIN postoperative patients,with preoperative subtypes of HPV infection.from June 2012 to September 2017 in The first Affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University of gynecology department.record its HPV genotyping results,analysis the correlation between high risk type HPV subtypes from cervical intraepithelial neoplasia the degree of cervical lesions.understand the patients’ age,menstruation,preoperative subtypes of HPV infection,pathology results,operation method and the cut edge condition and so on.Analysis of HPV positive situation and the corelation of various factors.Results:1.HPV genotypes in the top five are HPV16type(31 cases),58(12cases),52(7cases),53(5cases),33(5cases).A single subtype infection of 49cases,Multiple infection of 16 cases,A single subtype infection has no difference with Multiple infection(P>0.05).HPV infection in the age distribution is major concentrate 35～45 years old group.2.Collected 65 cases of CIN with HPV infection,distribution two groups,CIN1 group(15 cases)and CIN2～3 group(50 cases).The top 3 HPV types is HPV16、58、53 in CIN1group,The top 3 HPV taye is HPV16、58、52 in CIN2～3group,HPV 16 infection was statistically significant difference with other HPV types(P<0.05).3.The result of the single factor analysis shows:statistically signific ant difference(P<0.05)between persistent HPV infection and the negative HPV group in TCT grade,cut edge status,HPV16 infection,while in age,menopausal status,pathology,delivery,average weight mass index(BMI),and operationg methods,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:HPV 16、58、52、53、33 subtypes is the major infections status of patients with CIN.HPV infection in the age distribution is major concentrate 35～45 years old group.HPV16 subtypes infections is high associated with high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Cervical conization has an obvious efficacy for CIN.TCT grade、HPV 16 subtypes infections、positive cutting edge state and Postoperative pathologic grade maybe the risk factors for HPV negative.
