The Hemostasis Effect And Clinical Significance Of Cervical Cerclage In Central Placenta Cesarean Section

Objective: To investigate the hemostasis effect of cervical cerclage in complete cesarean delivery with placenta previa,and to provide basis for selecting effective hemostasis in complete placenta previa.Methods: We collected cesarean section deliveries from January 2013 to January 2017 in the obstetric department of Minda Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University for Nationalities,and included 90 cases of complete placenta previa.According to different methods of hemostasis,they were divided into three groups and 30 cases in each group.Group A was set as cervical cerclage group;group B was set as BLynch suture+water balloon group;group C was set as local suture+water balloon group.Retrospectively analyzed.the number of General conditions of the patient,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,difference in hemoglobin before and after surgery,intraoperative fluid volume,number of hysterectomy cases,number of postpartum hemorrhage cases,number of cases of disseminated intravascular coagulation,and multiple organ dysfunction syndromeResults: The amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hemoglobin difference before and after surgery,intraoperative fluid volume,and postpartum hemorrhage were lower in group A than in group B and C(P < 0.05).Disseminated intravascular Number of cases of coagulation,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,and hysterectomy was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference betwween the B and C group about tntraoperative blood loss,operation time,difference in hemoglobin before and after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion: In the total placenta previa,the hemostatic effect of cervical cerclage surgery is better than Blynch suture plus intrauterine water sac and partial suture + uterine cavity capsule compression,worthy of clinical promotion.
