Objective:To analyze the 64 rows of 128 slice spiral CT,the causes of acute intestinal wall ischemia and its imaging features, and discuss the correlation between the imaging features and the acute intestinal necrosis, and analyze the practical value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:65 cases of acute intestinal wall ischemia diagnosed in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the final discharge diagnosis, the patients were divided into intestinal wall necrosis group and no intestinal necrosis group. The correlation between the images of the 2 groups and the intestinal necrosis was analyzed by the statistical software SPSS20.0.Results: Direct signs: 32 cases of superior mesenteric artery embolization,23 cases of superior mesenteric artery thrombosis,10 cases of superior mesenteric vein thrombosis;Indirect signs: 56 cases of intestinal wall thickening,37 cases of intestinal wall abnormalities,50 cases of intestinal wall Density changes,43 cases of intestinal dilatation and gas-liquid plane,48 cases of mesenteric edema and ascites,3 cases of intestinal wall and portal venous gas.Statistical software analysis data showed that there were significant filling defects in the mesenteric vessels, and there was a statistically significant difference with intestinal wall necrosis(P<0.05);intestinal wall and portal vein gas and intestinal wall necrosis were also statistically significant. At this point, the necrosis of the intestinal wall is highly suggested. Conclusions:There is a direct relationship between the presence of filling defect in mesenteric vessels and the occurrence of intestinal necrosis in patients with AMI.Intestinal and portal venous gas accumulation may indicate severe necrosis of the intestinal wall;multi-slice spiral CT is useful for the diagnosis of acute intestinal ischemia. The great clinical significance can help the clinician to judge the patient’s condition, guide the operation and determine the prognosis of the patient, and reduce the missed diagnosis rate and mortality of such diseases.
