With the continuous deepening of medical reform and the diversification of people,the continuous improvement of multi-level health service demands put forward urgent needs for the service connotation and extension of nursing work,and put forward higher requirements on the overall quality of nurses and excellent nursing service ability.In the current medical environment,the challenges faced by first-line nurses not only come from the improvement of business capabilities,but also pay attention to the enhancement of their own ethical accomplishments.Nursing should carry forward the spirit of Nightingale,providing patients with holistic nursing care,humanized care,To patient-centered care practice.After the retrieval,most of the current literature is mostly nurturing ethical standards nurses,nurses care of the humanities,rarely for the new entry nurses’ ethical literacy analysis.Through reviewing the literature,the author combs the study on the training of newly enrolled nurses as well as the nurturing of ethical literacy in nurses at home and abroad.It also discusses the necessity of nurturing ethical literacy of new recruits,mainly from the characteristics of the newly recruited nurses,the change of medical models,the progress of medical technologies,Good nurse-patient relationship elaborate from four angles.The survey of ethical accomplishment of 200 newly recruited nurses was conducted in the form of questionnaires and interviews to understand the current status of cognition of ethical accomplishments,education conditions,problems existing in the current new nurses’ attendance,and to analyze and put forward some countermeasures.
