Objective: Chronic gastritis with duodenogastric reflux is common in digestive system diseases, but rarely diagnosed clinically, often overlooked. Its exact etiology and pathogenesis are not yet clear, and there is no definite diagnosis standard and systematic treatment plan at present. In this study,we retrospectively analyzed the etiological factor, clinical characteristic, histological characteristic and treatment options of chronic gastritis with duodenogastric reflux in our hospital. Methods: 217 patients were diagnosed with chronic gastritis with duodenogastric reflux under painless gastroscopy during the period of October of 2015 to October of2017 in Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical Universityl, during the same period were selected without duodenogastric reflux in patients with chronic gastritis and100 cases as control group. And it is intended to discuss its etiological factor,Hp infection, clinical manifestation, pathological examination results and different treatment plan. Results: Among the 217 patients.32(14.75%)patients had hyperlipidemia.59(27.19%)had gallbladder disease,of which 14 had cholecystitis,17 cholecyst polypi and 28 gallstone, and 12 of them underwent a cholecystectomy previously.28(12.9%)patients underwent a previous subtotal gastrectomy, including 3 cases of BillrothI and 25 cases of Billroth II.63(29.03%)had no obvious etilolgical factors.35 patients had psychological problems such as stressfulness, anxiousness and depression.Theoverwhelming majority of patients had varying degrees of dys pepsia.Endoscopically, observed were yellowish green in mucous lakecongestion, edema, erosion and bleeding,of which the pathologic results were all chronicmucosal inflammation.Compound azintamide or hydrotalcite combined with conventional treatment of symptoms were significantly improved, with the efficiency up to 93.33%,and the former is more significant. Conclusion:Cholecystitis, cholecyst polypi, gallstone, cholecystectomy and other biliary disease are important etiological factors of chronic gastritis with duodenogastric reflux. After subtotal gastrectomy, the incidence of the gastrectomy was significantly higher.Psychological factors may also play a role in the occurrence of chronic gastritis with duodenogastric reflux. The clinical manifestation of chronic gastritis with duodenogastric reflux is similar to the general chronic gastritis, and its clinic diagnosis depends on endoscopical observation.Chronic gastritis with duodenogastric reflux is more easier to gastric lesions such as gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia, but the H.pylori infection rate is relatively low.The combined Treatment containing compound azomet is better.
