Objective:Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria in the world,in different gender and age groups can cause varying degrees of skin and soft tissue infection,necrotizing pneumonia,endocarditis,chronic osteomyelitis,sepsis,sepsis and other infectious diseases,with the increase of morbidity and mortality as well as the abuse of antibiotics,staphylococcus aureus,through different channels and mechanisms become resistant to antibiotics,especially the emergence of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus and spread,became today’s global challenges;The main purpose of this study is to analyze the carrying condition of the virulence genes of SA clinical isolates in a period of time,and the existence of drug resistance.Methods:All the income from a total of 92 strains of clinical isolated from January 2017 to November 2017 the second affiliated hospital of dalian medical university during the period of hospitalized patients,all strains were derived from blood,pus,and from different parts of the discharge,and are the first separation of income;Strains that are attached to the scope of research both by gram staining,the plasma coagulase test,contact enzyme experiment,Vitek microbe analyzer for staphylococcus aureus,ordinary/multiple PCR method(Polymerase Chain Reaction)determination of virulence genes,all the strains by disc diffusion method(K-B method)according to the committee for standardization of Clinical Laboratory(NCCLS,Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute)standard,recommended by screening methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(methicillin.Resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA,and the sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus to a variety of drugs.Results:92 strains of clinical isolated from infected with strains of staphylococcus aureus,identified as methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),a total of 24 strains,accounting for 26.09% of all isolates(24/92);A total of 69.57%(64/92)strains were found to be resistant to three or more commonly used antimicrobial agents,known as multidrug-resistant bacteria;In the determination of 5 kinds of virulence genes,carrying two and more than 2 kinds of virulence genes of a total of31 strains(33.70%,31/92),the most carrying three virulence genes,3 strains(3.26%,3/92)were found,and all was detected in MRSA strains;Found that 16strains(66.67%,16/24 carry more than 2 species and 2 kinds of virulence gene)of MRSA strains,the positive rate was significantly higher than that of MSSA strains were 23.08%(15/68)(P < 0.05),only the hemolysin gene HLD positive rate is as high as 92.39%,kill white element PVL was not detected,toxins TST shock syndrome the positive rate of 5.43%,and 5 strains of TST to carry positive strains in MRSA were detected,not found in MSSA TST positive strains,enterotoxin family focus detection in the sea and seb,positive rate in all strains are 14.13% and 14.13%respectively;Measured virulence genes,MRSA strains carried by sea,seb,HLD,TST gene positive rate was 29.17%(7/24),29.17%(7/24),100%(24/24)and 20.83(5/24),were significantly higher than that of MSSA strains(P < 0.05),meanwhile,found a total of 5 strains(5.43%,5/92)of s.aureus bacteria strains did not carry measured 5 kinds of virulence genes,and from the 5 strains were MSSA strains.In terms of the distribution of the department,the study found that the positive rate of the bacterial strains in orthopedics and ICU was higher,27.17%(25/92)and 5.43%(5/92).Conclusion:SA,MRSA,in particular,because they own the virulence genes carried bythe widely popular throughout the world,has become a social community or at home and abroad is currently one of the important pathogens of hospital acquired infection,detection of SA distribution of virulence genes in a timely and effective manner for the treatment of clinical infection and infection control to provide a strong basis and theoretical foundation;In addition,complex multiple drug resistance mechanism of MRSA also brought serious challenges to clinical edicine,how to avoid irregularities of antimicrobial drugs misuse and waste of resources,and further research;At the same time,for the clinical departments with high incidence of SA infection,the environment and the table should be cleaned and disinfected timely,and the medical staff should strengthen their awareness of prevention.
