Research purpose:this paper study the relationship between fat oxidation rate and heart rate,fat oxidation rate reaches the maximum value corresponding to percentage range of the maximum heart rate,the differences between male and female about fat oxidation rate under different percentage of maximum heart rate,the differences between male and female about the maximum fat oxidation rate and the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate,so as to provide some effective theory basis for practical reduced fat fitness exercise.Research methods:The subjects are 15 healthy women and 15 healthy men in Hangzhou aged 19 to25 years,which all have regular exercise.Subjects were first tested for body composition,wearing polar heart rate table,breathing mask and lung function,and then the subjects were given incremental load treadmill test until the subjects were exhausted.The heart rate of the subjects was monitored by polar heart rate table.The oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide discharged from each respiration were measured by the lung function instrument,and the fat oxidation rate was calculated by the formula of fat oxidation rate.The fat oxidation rate and percentage of the maximum heart rate was polynomial curve fitted to determine the maximum fat oxidation rate and the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate.And tHRough variance analysis to study the differences between male and female about fat oxidation rate under different percentage of maximum heart rate.The differences between male and female about the maximum fat oxidation rate and the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate was studied by t-test.The results:1.In the increasing load,with the increase of heart rate,the fat oxidation rate showed a trend of increasing first and decreasing then,and the maximum fat oxidation rate is reached in the range of 68-78% HRmax.2.The absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate in men is 0.80 ± 0.27(g/min),the relative value of the maximum fat oxidation rate is 10.87 ± 2.56(mg/min/Kg),the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate is 73.71± 4.56(%HRmax);the maximum absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate in women is 0.70 ± 0.22(g/min);the relative value of the maximum fat oxidation rate is 11.81± 3.21(mg/min/Kg),the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate is72.56 ± 3.78(%HRmax).3.The absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate in men is 0.76g/min by polynomial fitting,and the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate is73.23%HRmax.The relative value of the maximum fat oxidation rate in men is10.36mg/min/Kg,and the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate is73.41%HRmax.The absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate in women is0.64g/min,and the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate is72.03%HRmax.The relative value of the maximum fat oxidation rate in women is11.39mg/min/Kg,and the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate is72.26%HRmax.4.The relative value of women’s fat oxidation rate is higher than that of men under the same maximum heart rate.5.The absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate of male is higher than that female.The male is 0.80±0.27(g/min)vs the female 0.70 ±0.22(g/min).The relative value of the maximum fat oxidation rate of female is higher than that of male,while that of female is 11.81± 3.21(mg/min/Kg)vs male 10.87±2.56(mg/min/Kg).There is no significant difference in the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate between male and female,while reached the maximum fat oxidation rate.6.The absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate is linearly related to the absolute value of the maximum oxygen uptake.(P<0.05).The relative value of the maximum fat oxidation rate is not linearly related to the relative value of the maximum oxygen uptake.(P>0.05).The maximum fat oxidation intensity is linearly related to the absolute value and the relative value of the maximum oxygen uptake.(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The maximum fat oxidation rate is reached in the range of 68-78% HRmax in men and women.2.The relative value of women’s fat oxidation rate is higher than that of men under the same maximum heart rate.The absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate of male is higher than that female.The relative value of the maximum fat oxidation rate of female is higher than that of male,There is no significant difference in the corresponding percentage of maximum heart rate between male and female,while reached the maximum fat oxidation rate.3.The absolute value of the maximum fat oxidation rate is linearly related to the absolute value of the maximum oxygen uptake(P<0.05).
