With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up process,China’s economy has gradually shifted to the direction of the market economy.The government’s support for public hospitals has gradually decreased,and the original form of financial allocation has gradually shifted to the form of differential appropriations.The government’s this measure has made public hospitals begin to find a direction toward the market.In the operation and management of hospitals,it is necessary to balance the relationship between the government,patients,and the self.It is necessary to meet the government’s target requirements and also to solve the problems of the hospital’s own development.To meet the needs of patients seeking medical treatment,the need to balance the relationship between the three needs to meet the actual performance assessment of public hospitals as an entry point.This article combines domestic and foreign relevant theory of performance assessment,combined with the actual situation in the performance assessment of clinical medical staff in FS hospitals,and proposes scientific optimization and improvement measures for the problems in the existing assessment system,which can provide more effective public hospitals The performance appraisal experience provides a necessary reference for the study of future performance appraisal;on the basis of the above,the results obtained in this study can also provide a certain degree of performance appraisal and optimization for the clinical medical staff of other hospitals in the medical indu,stry that have similar conditions with FS hospitals.Based on the theoretical reference,applying the improved performance assessment system to the actual assessment will help strengthen the communication and collaboration between the medical operations department,clinical medical personnel,and FS hospital administrators,and through scientific methods for the clinical staff.Evaluating the work helps to increase the work enthusiasm of the clinical medical staff,better play their own value,and promote the healthy development of the hospital.The study points out that the problem of performance appraisal of clinical staff in the FS hospital is that the performance evaluation of public welfare is not obvious,the performance appraisal index system is not scientific,the performance appraisal management specialization is insufficient and the performance appraisal feedback mechanism is not perfect.Analysis of the FS hospital clinical medical staff performance appraisal problems mainly due to the performance appraisal is not comprehensive enough,leadership attention is not enough,performance appraisal program have a big gap whit the medical reform requirements of the 13th Five-Year Plan.In this paper,this paper puts forward the importance of improving the performance evaluation of clinical staff in the FS hospital,highlighting the public welfare orientation in performance evaluation of clinical staff of the FS hospital,establishing perfect performance evaluation index system of clinical staff of the FS hospital,and improving the clinical medical staff Performance appraisal team specialization construction,improve the FS hospital clinical medical staff performance appraisal feedback mechanism.
