Morphological Study On The Inactivation Of Bone And Soft Tissue Malignant Tumors In Vitro By Batroxobin Combined With Hypertonic Saline

Objective:To study the 20% of hypertonic saline solution on tumor cells in vitro inactivation and effects of temperature,time for clinical bone and soft tissue malignant tumors with autologous bone inactivated and then salvage surgery for providing guidance for crop protection.Methods:preoperative biopsy in extremities and pelvis bone and soft tissue in patients with malignant tumors in 24 cases,removed 4 does not meet the criteria cases,were divided into three groups in the 0.9% saline,20% hypertonic saline,pasteurization combined with hypertonic saline treatment(15,30,45min),by light microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and calculate the rate of inactivation of tumor cells.Results:20% hypertonic saline and pasteurization combined with hypertonic saline methods with inactivated tumor cells at each time point more 0.9% there are obvious differences between isotonic saline,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),pasteurization combined with hypertonic saline 15 min is better than 20% hypertonic saline Group(P<0.01).Conclusion:20% hypertonic saline inactivation effect is exact,and joint pasteurization method or increase the tumor-killing time could significantly increase the rate of cell death,Increase the time to kill more than 30 min tumor effect to achieve the best.
