| Objective:To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the job burnout among the staff of the disease prevention and control institutions in the city,to propose the countermeasures and suggestions to improve or reduce the job burnout of this special occupation group combined with reality to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of the staff,and to improve the level of public health services,300 staff members of two levels of a city and county disease control agencies are selected for an empirical study using a stratified cluster sampling method.Method:Data are collected mainly through questionnaires.The questionnaire consists of two parts: one is the general demographic survey,the other is the MBI-GS general scale revised by Li Chao and others.Among them,the general demographic survey mainly includes the basic conditions,job characteristics,and work conditions of the respondents.The data was entered by EpiData 3.1,and general statistical description analysis ere performed by SPSS22.0 to study the influencing factors of job burnout.Result:The results of the survey showed that more than one-third(36.60%)of the workers in a municipal disease prevention and control institution had different degrees of burnout,among them 21.80% had mild burnout,11.30% had moderate one and3.50% had high one.The study found that the influencing factors of job burnout were: age,the maximum number of years of professional titles,the proportion of daily repetitive hours,whether the work was up to expectations,whether the pay matched income,the situation of work stress,the idea of leaving the job,and the relationship with colleagues and leader.The factors affecting emotional exhaustion are: education level,unit level,length of service,job title,job type,number of job changes,number of daily work types,number of daily temporary work types,whether daily work is overloaded,and the number of type of work repeated in the past month.The influencing factors of personality disintegration were: the degree of matching of professional titles,personality and work positions,the proportion of time spent on repetitive tasks in the past month,and the number of repetitive tasks undertaken in the past month.The influencing factors of low accomplishment were: job type,number of post changes,average daily pure working hours,whether the daily work was overloaded,the degree of matching of professional titles,personality and work positions,the proportion of time spent on repetitive tasks in the past month.Conclusion:1.More than one-third of the CDC staff in a city has a different level of job burnout,indicating that the job burnout situation of the CDC staff in the city is not optimistic.2.Work overload,heavy work stress,inconsistent work and expectations,pay and income does not match,want to leave your current job,and tensions with leaders and colleagues are the main causes of job burnout.3.In many influence factors of job burnout,age,level of culture,job title,job stress and job burnout were positively correlated,the highest title for fixed number of year,social support,job matching degree,repetitive work time proportion and negatively correlated with job burnout. |
